Used to be great with attendants, free coffee and town prices. Back to full price and no attendants easier to go the extra mile down the road to the BP in town.

Update, now 2 stars, the price has increased to motorway prices and the free choice has stopped, staff were nice and friendly, but I'll now avoid due to the massive price increase.

Diesel is 20p to 30p more expensive than any other BP garage in the area. I only put enough diesel in to get me to another station and fill-up. Even the shop was extortionate

I popped in on the way home from the airport. Still had enough fuel for 50 miles, but managed to buy 4 litres more fuel than the tank capacity... That's 3 litres more than ever before, even with emptier tank and more overfilling. Avoid! The one at the airport fines you for parking, read rules while you drive by, without stopping.

This petrol station is a joke, the prices are so extortionate, toilets out of order and bad customer service. I went the other night and didn't realise the store was actually closed but had to pay at the window. The employee saw me try and walk in the store and said nothing. I then went to the window and saw she was just busy on her phone.

Horrible experience with rude female staff member. After refueling a company car and paying with fuel card (dedicated to the car and with reg number on it) I have been asked to provide and ID with my signature! The demand was made in rude manner. I have provided my driving licence but that was not good enough as I haven't put my first and last name on the slip... answer form station worker in raised voice: " No! I have said , THIS signature!!" I'm not sure if this person wanted to work in Guantanamo Bay in the past, but due to the life misfortunes ended up there. Really unpleasant and unnecessary behavior. Not sure if even legal to demand ID from me as this fuel card is assigned to car not to a person and anybody is allowed to use it as long as it serves a named car. I would avoid this station at all cost.

Staff dont care, toilets seem to always be out of order.
Unless we had to we'd have went elsewhere.
Close down or restructure.

Absolutely hated the service. The staff were too busy to serve me as I waited as they ARGUED between themselves about the heating in their work place!!! For an overpriced service station they should train staff in customer service!! I would not recommend this station.

Two times in a row the old white woman has been racist to my partner. My partner asked for a sausage roll and she said you can't eat them. Then just now she asked where his parents are from and where he is orginally from.. then she was shocked he wasn't a Pakistani or Indian.. absolute vile customer service and racial judgement behaviour.

Nie jest to niczym nowym , że paliwo na stacji BP przy serwisie jest zawsze bardzo drogie. Średnio droższe o 0,20-0,25 pensów jak na innych stacjach miejskich. Obsługa stacji jest na tyle wygodna, ze podczas tankowania Ad-Blue trzeba najpierw wejsc na stacje dac im karte , potem wrocic zatankowac 10lutrow płynu za kwote ok£9 , a nastepnie kolejny raz wejsc na stacje aby zapłacic!!! Czy to jest aż taka wielka kwota zeby robic takie cyrki!?!? Pozostawie to ocenie każdego z Was.
Na stacji funkcjonuje takze myjnia automatyczna, do ktorej nie przyznają sie pracownicy stacji paliw. Teoretycznie obsługują ją kudzie z wypożyczalni samochodow (barak metalowy przy myjni!!!), ale jak tylko cos sie wydazy to nikt nie potrafi pomoc i odsyłają do właściciela myjni! Co sie moze wydażyc?
Chociażby dwukrotnie płace kartą za myjnie a okazuje sie , ze myjnia nie dziala! Wlasciciel misiacami nie potrafi zwrócic pieniedzy!!! Brawo????
