Love this place! Well, I love IKEA generally but this one opening up so close to home is dangerous! Shiny new and stocked full of IKEA's usual offerings. There are a couple of places to eat too and I had breakfast and lunch there! Cheap and cheerful with free tea because it was a weekday. What more could I ask for??

I was delighted to see that the restaurant has opened again. 10 minutes queue to enter, 15 minutes queue to order and pay and 35 minutes wait for the food later, my enthusiasm pretty much faded. Although the meatballs were delicious as ever I won't be repeating the experience soon

Be prepared to queue for a table and then wait again for your food. Due to covid, ikea now does a table service which is good. Tables are clean, food is the same standard as always. Though menu is limited to the classics. We had to wait about 45 mins for our food to come out though.

This is a popular restaurant in the IKEA home furniture shop in Greenwich. It is spacious and roomy. The seating area is comfortable. Whilst limited variety of food is served, these are generally of good quality and caters for all ages. Menu for children is also provided. Prices are reasonable. A good place to have a casual meal.

Wow. It’s a blessing that the country is heading into a new lockdown as how IKEA restaurant is operating now is just outrageous and beyond any comprehension or excuse. It clearly shows that IKEA does not care at all about the customers but actually despises them. You have to be AWARDED with the right to wait in queue (it’s up to the manager to decide) just to enter the restaurant space. Then you must wait at least half an hour just to pass your command (how can it take them so long at the tills to charge people’s credit cards???) and then another quarter an hour plus just to be probably finally served with your pre-fabricated frozen microwave-warmed foods. What a disgrace. Shame on you IKEA. I will ensure to never come back.

Lovely staff with very busy place but everyone follow the distancing after the booking you have your table , you older on the till what ever you want and after then you return to your table the staff brings everything to you .

It can be quite busy and difficult to find a seat during lunchtime. New blueberry cake which was very nice, but frosting a bit sweet. They do a fantastic garlic bread deal. 6 pieces for £1.50. But they charged 1 for 50p. So get 6 of them if you can finish them! . Peas were slightly overcooked on this occasion. Vegetable samosas were nice and spicy. Nevertheless quick eat. Just a bit of queuing up which is expected!

Nice place, the last time we went shopping our items were scanned twice. We ended up paying almost twice what we should paid.
Lucky me I already estimated what we would be paying, so after payment we stayed in the corner to calculate everything ourselves.
And ofcourse we paid almost twice the total.
And when we returned the items half of what we should get was returned in the card, again I was lucky to noticed it. She later returned the balance. Lucky day for me, because I had always new this but never bothered till now..
And then they told us it wasn't their fault but the scanner.
I wounder how many of us had been paying for what we didn't buy.
So be careful, not only in IKEA.
Still a good place to shop..

As with all Ikea's, food is affordable and tasty with a good range. The fact they provide free baby food pouches if you spend over £4 per meal is such a great idea.
The only downside was we struggled to find high chairs and condiments, knives and forks and drinks etc seemed to be a bit all over the place and I had to ask a few members of staff. Other than that though it's a great restaurant with a fresh bakery.

You are never disappointed when you ho to IKEA and I like that one that is easy to access by public transport.
I had lunch there. I had to wait for the salmon but at the end got it. I think the restaurant is the best place in IKEA. They serve good food for a good price.
Then we bought a few kitchenware and I ended up a few days later ordering only for a delivery 3 days later.
IKEA is really customers focused and it's the reason why I always come back.
Ikea is good for people who don't want to spend too much on furniture.
Also I can see that they sell electrical equipment as well.

Relaxed simple and laid back joint to have a filling healthy meal. Meatballs rule ????
If the main hall is crowded, head upstairs for broader full height windows opened to a bit of a dull South East panorama.
And mind you, the canteen is open well into the dark, just check the time.

A black woman behaved like she never came across the question such as is the chips fried in the the same oil as meat.

Large restaurant as always and never disappoints. The tray section was very far and different to other ikeas which meant you had to walk to a revolving belt to leave your tray. This was find for me but clearly not for alot of people as plenty of trays where left out!
Used the washrooms which were very clean and had anti bacterial dispensers for tour way out! Shame they didn’t have Dyson hand dryers though.

I like these place because is very friendly and convenient I one week come for breakfast 4 times, 3 time lunch and 3 time dinner but I really don't like the toilet because for men urine bowl not water so it making very very unhealthy for the place, so the virus going anywhere in the building and it also near to the cafeteria
