Been waiting in line for 10 minutes for subway before the member of staff asked me to wait outside because of the covid restrictions ( fair enough ) there is a small little sign which I missed. Been waiting another 10 minutes for the other customer to leave, meanwhile other customers just went straight inside and cut infront and no one said a word to them and members of staff just walked by them ????♂️

It's a convenient store though mostly over priced goods. Post office counter staff are competent but sadly there is only one serving hatch which means a considerable wait time during busy periods, letting the place down.

Seen a elderly lady fall over and the way the management took care of her took my breath away.They sat her down made sure she was okay gave her coffee and a sandwich and it weren't even there fault no slippery floor nothing.The lady said she felt dizzy that's why she collapsed.They also called the ambulance straight away.The manager sat with her until the ambulance arrived gave her a blanket from the her car.If this was any other store only an ambulance would of been called.Great people run this store.Well done you guys!

Always have such a poor customer service experience here. The post office does not open until 8:30 on a Wednesday. 7am is stated opening time. No apologies.... not bothered. Poor! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Pop in from time to time for bits and bobs of shopping and to use post office services. Place is always spotlessly clean and tidy and they stock a good range of products. Staff are always cheerful and helpful.

On no account use the cash machine here. It is often out of service, and today failed to dispense any cash to me. The staff have been aware of this for some time, but no out of order notice was posted.

Good convenience shop.. esp for the post office, good selection of grocery, also you can get a hot drink and snack to take out. Staff are really nice and helpful. Reccomended to visit.

Visited 10.07.19 and found the lady running the post office to be most unhelpful. I wanted to cash in my lottery ticket and she didn't even ask how much it was before telling me we don't do that here you have to go to a main post office. Very disappointed! I expect places that sell lottery tickets to be able to reimburse you when you win. The lady who sold me milk was very nice.

First time going here the oven was broke so no available food. Could understand things break now and then. Second visit today and the oven is fixed but no bread available! At a sandwich shop!! Gutted and left hungry.

Good convenient store for quick shopping. Staff friendly. Subway with seating inside. Veggies looking poor quite often and even some rotten on rare occasions. I believe is due to their location in the store. Ice cream (singles) taste like been defrosted before.

Only called in for a coffee. The member of staff was very cheerful and helpful finding a lid that fitted the top of the cup. This is a convenient store with ample parking.

service is okay.. the spar checkout staff are nice and friendly and the subway sandwiches are always nice. Subway staff could make a bit more effort to connect with their customers and build rapport / make them feel welcome, however whilst they don't do this, they're not rude either.

Terrible service. It's the 1st and last time I'll use this post office. Left standing for 20 mins why a till check was done even though it hadn't been started when I got to the till, so I could have been served before it was started. No apology from any of the 3 members of staff it took to balance the till. Try learning to count before trying to balance a till...... that might be an idea. In fact one of the ladies was concerned as to how long we had waited but another said "Well they'll just have to come back" like I have nothing better to do!! Bloody rude!! Never will i step foot in there again. ????????????

I'm sorry but I will never step foot in this place ever again. I was confused on how the prices on most items were so expensive but yet I went round the corner to Charnwood stores and same items were very cheap there.The customer service was rubbish too.When I get to the till I expect a hello or how are you?but nothing not even a bye or a thank you after I made my purchase.Only good thing about it was that there was plenty of car parking lol

I would recommend lights in the car park, when dark drivers cannot see pedestrians that well and I was almost hit by someone coming in the car park, needs to be more lite so visible to drivers

Lovely staff, really like the post office facility which is open all hours even Sundays and so handy! You can now use it to pay in cheques and do my business banking which is great and saves me the hassle of going into town.

Usefully placed,on way ex Coalville to A511. Basic post office,fags,papers, alcohol. Adequate supermarket area,subway sangas,selection hot pies,pasties,and prepackaged items. Parking for approx 10-12 cars.Quick turnround.

The post office here is particularly gash ! The staff it would seem are magicians you give them your letters and they make them disappear even recorded delivery stuff ! The same is to be said for the staffs manners totally gash !! Avoid
