What fabulous service, I was very inexperienced in using the Hermes return service but did not need to worry the owner was do helpful and personable, and I didn’t need to worry she guided me through the process making it very easy to use the Hermes parcel service. I also found the shop reasonably priced. I have found a fabulous local store . Thank you so much for your help and support.

Outstanding customer service definitely a five ???? service. If you use this shop you would now that. Don't understand why anyone would give these lovely couple a bad review must be the useless couple that ripped everyone off that last ran this shop. This new couple have improved the shop in many ways. Good deals and reasonably priced. Always welcoming and happy to help. Keep being as great as you are and ignore the negative comments made by jealous people who have nothing better to do with their life. All the best to you both.

It’s not Harrods, but you wouldn’t expect a local convenience store to be so. If you want to buy newspapers, cigarettes, alcohols, sweets, and assorted other ”convenient” items, it’s excellent. The owners are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I’ve been buying my beer here for years, and will continue to do so.

Just like to add this went into shop the other day ask the young lady if you sell a certain thing her reply was no sorry but then she got on her phone spoke with someone whom I presume was her husband ask him to get my item I wanted and within 1 hr this was in the shop now that's what I call customer service 5 ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? star service

VOLATILE SHOP KEEPER - BEWARE!
Just been served by a man with what can only be described as an uncontrollable temper with the worst customer care skills I have ever experienced. He shouldn't be allowed to deal with the general public if he can so easily flip into a rage over a customer querying the minimum spend for using a card. And to call a customer st*pid as they walk out the door for not being able to complete their purchase because of their £2 rule is completely and utterly shocking. Certainly won't be returning and the fact that he flipped into a rage after telling him being spoken to so rudely had just lost him my custom, then told me I was barred, was laughable.

Such an amazing store and so convenient, most friendliest staff I have ever seen in my life !! So well organised and they practically have everything in here that I need!! Shop is always clean and tidy with a fresh smell, keep it up guys !! Loving the new range of masalas that they have and the ready made meals always convient for me ! ????

Really like this shop one of the best shops in coalville.Been on work leave to South Africa for several years I've returned back home and this shop is still there yay!.The owners there are very welcoming and friendly soon as you walk in.Good variety of alcohol spoilt for choice and at really good prices.If I cannot find what I need I'll request it and it's there in the next couple days.Very good for a small shop!

Very good selection of beers and spirits.A very nice clean place smells nice every time I step into the shop.The place is organised well but could add more range to the grocery area.But overall it's a really good shop and my favourite in coalville not to forget the staff there are really kind and friendly too.
