I agree with another review mentioning that they are only protecting the landlord. We were never able to fix any issue with our flat, and had to live with cold water. Everytime an engineer would come he would tell us that they need to come again or bring someone else to fix the issue - which is unprofessional and demonstrates a lack or skillset. It also took weeks and even months to get the engineer to begin with.
I am shocked to say that after 3 months of finishing our contract, we have still not received our deposit back because the agent “cannot contact the landlord”. This is unfair as it is our own money and it is our right to receive this money as soon as the contract finishes.
They are very good at writing polite sentences such as the comments in response to people’s review. We appreciate your polite responses, really, but what matters more is to take action on issues!!

My main interactions were with Regan and Shadey, and they were professional, helpful and likeable. From the viewing onwards, everything was smooth. In the end, I was unable to move-in due to the March Covid restrictions and the agency were very understanding about this and I'm thankful for that. If I'm ever looking in the South Bank area in the future, I would happily use this agency.

Sam and Rhys are both fantastic agents. They are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. As I travel a lot and am always in different time zones, they accommodate my odd hours schedule and ad hoc viewing and discussion requests. I rented my apartment through the agent Regan Compton who was really cooperative and helped me a lot. For me as a person coming to live in the UK for the first time, it was not easy at all to understand the process and I had so many questions and was going back and forth a lot but Regan was so understanding and was always happy to help and answer my concerns "even during weekends!". Scam. They rented us a property with a mice infestation and tried for months to make us pay for any proofing works when the kitchen wall behind the appliances was clearly a colander YEARS before we moved in.
We spoke with the council: not our responsibility to pay for fixing the walls, they were trying to scam us.
At the end we changed apartment and ran away from that unhealthy dump.

I have been very impressed with the team at LiFE Residential. The whole process was very smooth and fast, from the initial viewing, through all the paperwork and finally to check in. I found the team very personable, very polite and happy to answer any questions I had. And the apartment is gorgeous.
Prior to meeting this team, my experience with London estate agents in general hadn't been great, but this company were the complete opposite. If you are looking for property to rent/buy and getting disillusioned by bad customer service elsewhere, give this team a call.

We recently moved into the County Hall and our flat had a couple of maintenance related issues. Kalidass Uvaraj kept us constantly informed at each step, and handled our requests as fast as possible, for most it took only a day or two for things to get done by the contractor. As we settled in slowly, we realized issues one or two at a time so we constantly bothered him with questions but he responded really fast, even by calling immediately after we've sent the mail to confirm the details of the problem etc. This is the third place we've rented (second time from Life Residential) and Kalidass is by far the most helpful property manager we had.

LiFE Residential mostly provide excellent service. Our agent Erjana was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. Thanks to her, we were able to book a viewing and make an offer for renting swiftly and without problems. LiFE uses an online platform called goodlord to handle most of the bureaucracy and formal requirements, such as referencing and rent payment. It is not obvious how it works at first and perhaps guidance on behalf of the agency could have been more active. Moreover, there was a communication gap between the slightly longish period between our signing the contract and the landlord's signing. Goodlord did not provide much information on why there was a delay and the agency didn't update us either, so that we were wondering what was taking so long. But that is a minor point. Once one understands the basics, goodlord actually makes things much easier. Ralph helped us with the moving-in process when Erjana was unavailable and he did an excellent job. Kalidass, the flat manager, has solved any problems we had with the flat quickly and effectively. I can only recommend LiFE. In comparison with other agencies I've dealt with in London, they are probably the most transparent, fair, and professional one.

All faults have been repaired, and even when a fast ball emergency arised, Mandii dealt with in her stride. A very happy tenant indeed.
