I had a previous buyer pull out on a deal very late in the process due to Covid19. Lara pulled out all of the stops to find a replacement buyer in a very short timeframe. Her willingness to make efforts above and beyond the normal was very evident. Also her personality and professionalism shone through the whole time. I Cannot recommend Lara and D&G highly enough!!

Having been renting for a long time and nearly buying on a few occasions I have met many estate agents and I don't usually have anything that positive to say about them, however, after being in contact with Ally from D&G she has completely changed my outlook on estate agents - there are estate agents who are genuinely helpful and actually care! Nothing ever feels like a problem with Ally, she is attentive, always happy to help and always polite! I really feel like she actually listened to what I wanted and only sent me properties that ticked every box, which made me feel at complete ease! Out of all the properties I have looked at I would say by far D&G have the best selection! I am now looking forward to moving into my dream apartment - which has everything I could of wanted and more! Everyone and everything has been efficient throughout the whole process! We had a great experience dealing with Douglas and Gordon Fulham and in particular Ally (Alexandra Carberry). Having moved from Australia and needing to find a house for our family quite quickly, we looked at multiple properties and dealt with multiple agencies and agents. Ally was very proactive and responsive and helped us find the property that we are soon to move into. In addition even after the lease was signed , I had several requests to help with setting up some utilities etc and Ally responded to my requests immediately and was very helpful. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience and I would recommend dealing with Ally and Douglas and Gordon Fulham.

After leaving London prior to lockdown due to our current flat being too small for us to all WFH comfortably we got in contact with D&G and explained that we were looking for something bigger with a possible outdoor space. Lucy Gaunt was amazing - she helped us throughout our search, answered our (many) questions very quickly and we were able to find the exact property we were looking for as a result at a great price! The landlord accepted our offer in less than 24 hours and Lucy really took care of the rest. Any issues/questions we had with references etc she took care of almost immediately, and made the process a lot more stress free than we have experienced in the past with other agencies. Whenever Lucy was OOO on another viewing etc the other people in the D&G office were always very friendly and helpful on the phone, and passed all our messages along in a timely manner. Myself and my two flatmates highly recommend D&G and Lucy to all our friends considering moving. You can't go wrong with the service!

I rented a house through D & G and had the best experience! I have worked most of the local agencies in the past week, and Camilla was the star that shone above the rest. She always had more thorough information- tailored to exactly what I was looking for, amazing follow up skills- even when I told her that I wasn’t keen on anything she had for me. Then she surprised me with a call this week that a property I was interested in had come back on the market. She was able to show it same day, was super lovely to deal with, and helped me put together an offer with Julia (also amazingly helpful and lovely!) super fast. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I know my enthusiasm sounds like this is a paid advert- but let me assure you - it is the comparison to other agencies that makes me so thankful! Obviously, highly recommended!
