Following the news that we will be having our first child in October we approached Douglas and Gordon to help us find a nice spacious flat on the ground floor with a garden. From start to finish, Lucy Gaunt was extremely helpful and professional in her attitude and helped us secure a great flat which we’re really excited about! Lucy is really quick to respond to any emails or messages and she is very on the ball with regard to leases and referencing. From the moment we met Lucy we felt so at ease. Lucy has been both professional and warm in her communication with us, and we feel that she has been very attentive to what we're looking for.
