Ordered two LP frames one of which arrived damaged. The packaging was absolutely diabolical so its not surprising. When you complain, they send out a pre-paid second class label and expect you to take it to your nearest post office. It's not my fault so why should I go to that inconvenience.Why can't they arrange a courier to collect it? AVOID

Ordered 4th December some of the personalised order came, had 2 notifications that stock was out of date. When I called 21st December to find out when delivery would be the lady didn't know. She confirmed it hadn't moved, whatever that meant. I asked if they would be here for Xmas, but she couldn't confirm. Cancelled the order and placed an order with Amazon for next day delivery with brilliant tracking updates along the stages!

Ordered a personalised gift on the 9th of December 2020. Paid for next-day delivery. A week later I emailed, Condescending customer service staff said the fine print said: next day delivery still included the extra 5-7 days for the personalization. Made sense, I thought. Waited... Christmas came, went, New year's day, came and went Still haven't received it....I occasionally wonder whether the item could have got to me sooner if it escaped and planned to hitchhike through a blizzard on its little steel legs....ah, the Musings of a disappointed client. Enough said.

Do not buy from them. I have to say I feel like I have been royally ripped off with what is basically someone printing some photos onto photo paper. They purport to sell it as if it comes with a frame and do not make it clear in all the marketing that it is literally just printed onto photo paper. No frame. You might as well do it at home, or ask a friend who does photo printing! They say in the list that you get a 1 x Personalised Multi-Photo Collage Print but it is disingenuous to show it in frames in every single photo. There are no reviews for the product, nor any way to leave one to warn all unsuspecting customers.

I ordered a christening bible for my latest grandson . It was delivered on time as promised and the printing on the cover was beautifully done. Actually my 3rd bible all my grandchildren have their own . Cannot fault the service l have received on all 3 occasions.

The most useless and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order that promised to have the item delivered within 5 days. Tomorrow is that day and it hasn't even been posted yet, and after taking my money they now quoting a week for delivery after it has been posted. Said they can't cancel even though it hasn't been sent. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Do NOT use this company.

We had an afternoon tea for 2 voucher and had booked a venue. 48 hours before the booking, we were advised that the hotel had changed ownership and the voucher was no longer valid. I understand FMAG were given similar notice, but the timings were unfortunate. We were told that the voucher was ok to rebook somewhere else but this didn't happen. Due to my wife about to have a baby, the voucher was useless to us soon. Initially we were told that there was an IT issue resetting the voucher and given a lead time of 72 hours to resolve. After a conversation with FMAG I was told there was nothing they could do. After pressing that this was actually quite a bad experience, they agreed to raise a new evoucher so we could rebook for the next day, pending venue availability. I appreciate that these things happen so I felt that this was a good resolution. I would have given 5 stars but I felt that I shouldn't have needed to escalate the issue to get satisfaction.

If i could give this company 0 stars, i would. Had to open a dispute case with PayPal as my order was marked off as dispatched despite it not actually being dispatched, they don't reply to emails. The gift was for a special occasion and this company ruined it. No apology was received only the tracking number a week later via the PayPal dispute after i had opened a case against them. When i placed the order online the ETA was to be delivered by the 20th. I wouldn't have ordered if it was any later than 20th. How can a UK shipment take 7 days? It's beyond a joke. Avoid this company like the plague unless you're okay with appalling customer service.

Great customer service. Purchased a gift back in May, lost the physical voucher which was entirely our fault, emailed on the off-chance we could get a replacement, and they replied within 2 hours saying they would send a new one out, and via email so we didn't lose it again! Really pleased.

The "24k gold" rose they sell is completely fake. It is not a real rose (as advertised) nor is it real gold. Instead it is a cheap plastic rose spray painted. Every rose looks identical and you can clearly see marks from the mould, not worth £5 let alone the £50 they charge. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

So after ordering a Personalised Christmas gift I was then informed it goes to a 3rd party for order. Following this the item arrived around 4 days later than expected however in time for Christmas. However it arrived incomplete and without a frame as I paid extra for. I called customer services who asked me to send proof it arrived in a tube and they would look into it. 36hours later no answer so I called back to be told they should have sent one out and I may get get it on a couple of days or whatever delivery I requested and paid for with the original order. When I said I should get it asap as it should have arrived as part as the original order I was just told that they would look into it. The call handler was a little abrupt and didn’t seem too bothered. Even when I stated it’s a Christmas present it just seemed like they wasn’t interested. Will await an outcome but I certainly won’t be using this company again.

Ordered something next day delivery, 2 weeks later they said it was a problem with the delivery agent. Item was a Christmas present and would not arrive in time with a new one being sent back so a refund was agreed. No refund happened, then after another couple of days they said a new one had been sent out and my name had signed for it! I informed them I wasn’t at the property and wasn’t due back for weeks (hence ordering it next day delivery over 2 weeks prior to this). Again refund was agreed, another week has passed, no refund as they are still querying the signature. I will categorically never be using this company again. Very very disappointing. Next day delivery cost 7.95 and I’m £22 down in total. Awful.

Didn’t send the order after taking payment. Gift would not arrive in time even though it was ordered a week before it was needed. Probably won’t get a refund either as there return policy is pre historic! Go to a shop it’s easier!!

Good delivery. Polite staff BUT When returning items it is not free. Which means that the return of one of the items was more than the item itself... Customer services couldn't help and didn't know what to do. Returns should be free for poor quality items.

Super quick postage, delivered before the dispatch date! I called up as hadn't received an email to confirm dispatch, ready to be disappointed after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised when the lady on the phone informed me it had been posted and would be with me within the next day. Sure enough, it arrived later the same day. Packaged well, and even came in a little drawstring bag which added a nice touch.

Fantastic service!! I’m absolutely delighted. I ordered a personalised bound book of front pages of the newspapers for my mother’s 90th birthday on Saturday. Today, Thursday, I was thrilled to receive it in the post in plenty of time for the big day. Ordered next day delivery on the Tuesday but as they use Hermes it of course never got delivered till the Thursday and to the wrong address and then couldn't get hold of the driver to find out where it had been delivered, massive inconvenience especially as they were Christmas gifts so as long as they use Hermes as their courier I will definitely not be using them again.

Fraudulent Ordered a gift for an Occasion and despite calling them repeatedly and receiving assurances that it WAS ON THE Way, it never arrived!! It was never on the way because I received a notification after 2 weeks that's its on the way. They have just ruined everything!! Now they are trying to blame Royal Mail. Thieves and liars. STAY AWAY!! They should be sued.

Duplicated item by mistake ,obviously don't need two personalised items identical , pressed the cancel order button , didn't work , rang straight away not open , so sent email explaining ,recieved a generic reply that somebody would be in touch , two days later I recieved a reply to say no refund, when items arrived a lot smaller than thought , wouldn't use again , wouldn't reccomend.

The gift was okay. We'll packed and arrived in one piece. My negative feedback is for the delivery. I paid for next day delivery and ordered the present five hours before the deadline and it still arrived on a two day delivery. If I had known I wouldn't have used this company especially when I paid extra for the service.

Honestly awful, never would I use this company again or recommend them. I paid for next day delivery and of course it didn't come for 8 days after expected delivery. Spoke to a women after the 3rd day of not receiving my items, she assured me I would definitely receive the item some time that day. I have now received my items after the occasion so not in need of them, and I have to pay to send them back. Please do not waste your time with this company you can get similar items elsewhere with much better service!! One very disappointed customer to say the least.
