Just got in touch with this company as I have a gift voucher I am keen to redeem but the experience is currently closed due to COVID. Ayla in customer services was really friendly and super-helpful, she simply extended the expiry date on my voucher for another year! Very happy :-)

In these dark and difficult times, The staff of Experience Days have been most helpful, by extending the term of my voucher (a Christmas present from my brother) and helping me exchange the voucher, as the original experience is no longer available. The online chat on the website is exceptionally useful. Looking forward to purchasing an experince day as a present for my brother

Would not let me redeem voucher, got told working perfectly, went to try again and website is now telling me code is invalid and the customer support team cannot be reached via the number on the website. Do not recommend one tiny little amount at all

I’ve had a situation where I’ve had to ask for an extension to an experience because of my personal stuff. I sent an email explaining and asking for help. Incredibly within the hour I was sent a reply extending my voucher. I’m so impressed that they’ve been so considerate and with our current situations amazing that it was such a kind quick response. Due to coronovirus the flight training experience given to my daughter was impossible to arrange, and the training company folded. Experience Days have kindly issued a credit, extended to 12 months, allowing her to re-book any equivalent experience. I consider this very fair and unexpected compensation, and would thoroughly recommend future bookings for Experience Days activities.

Chatted on Line with Garry from ExperienceDays. I have a 12 month voucher for an indoor archery day. I am clinically vulnerable and have been unable to redeem and take part in my experience in 2020 given the pandemic restrictions. Garry was very helpful and immediately extended the validity of my voucher for 6 months. Given the nature of the reasons for being unable to use the service - I had expected and hoped for a straight 12 months extension. So while I am pleased that an automatic extension has been offered, I am little disappointed as I don't know if I will have had a vaccination within 6 months.

I needed to extend our Experience Days voucher as the London Eye part was available however the Afternoon Tea for Two cruise was not until October. However we are relocating form the UK in September and would have been unable to use the tea part. The Chat person, Kaia, was very instrumental in getting our experience extended until early 2022. This is very much appreciated!

Shocking. I am a front line full time working nurse and due to the onset of Covid, I completely forgot to request an extension before the expiration date of my voucher. On contacting the company to explain the circumstances and request if it could be reactivated and extended. I was told short sharp no. No shred of compassion or understanding. Beyond disappointed as my wife (who is also a frontline nhs ITU nurse)and i would have greatly valued the opportunity to undertake an experience after the last year.

No star rating but have to give one to review!! Says it all!!Didn’t use Voucher in time but although 5 months of Pandemic had closed everything down they wouldn’t let us extend. Offered to pay to do this. No go they have just pocketed the money. Terrible money grabbers who know nothing about customer service. Wouldn’t ever entertain using this company again!

Got a voucher as a gift. I was planning to use on April. But unfortunately due to lockdown couldnt use it. Voucher expired on June. Now since lockdown is finished asked them if we can use voucher they declined it. They should have given 2 months extension to all vouchers due to lockdown. I would suggest to look for someone who takes care of their customers....very Bad experience

The company I was going to have my experience with went out of business and my voucher was about to run out, I informed Experience Days via email and they got back to me within 1 1/2 hrs.They were very accommodating and gave me a 12 month extension on my voucher free of charge on account of the Covid-19 virus. Thanks Gary.????

The experience I booked was cancelled due to lockdown. Experiencedays have told me themselves that the experience the voucher is for is now closed but they refuse to give a refund even though I cannot book the experience. I have to wait and see if it reopens although there are only a few weeks left on the voucher. I shall only give cash in future and suggest activities the recipient could do as vouchers seem risky from my experience.

I wanted to book a sailing trip for my birthday, so I enquired if the date is free. This was confirmed by experience days so I purchased the voucher. But the date was not available after all, but to find this out I had to redeem the voucher to be able to book with the company and to find out experience days never really checked if the dates were available. Be careful as there is no option of refund once you redeem the voucher. Probably better to book direct with the companies.
