In store shopping was fine and checkouts fairly quiet. The only thing that is annoying is that the trolleys are a pain to get apart, not wanting to accept £1 coin and then not wanting to release coin when finished shopping, seen other customers struggling with this as well, seems to be getting worse.

Easy parking. Pay and display car park,but you get your money back. No toilets in the shop , there are toilets in the precinct though. Disabled access for those that need it. Plenty to offer in store. Fish and delicatessen counter. A cafe is also on site.

Parking issues are not the fault of waitrose as waitrose does not own the car park and if you spend a certain amount you get your parking fee back

In the bakery , all the Staff touch the bread /croissants .. with no gloves ! just with there hands . Very unhygienic! I have brought this up 4 times with the management but clearly nothing has been done about this .
Last week I asked the lady to put a croissant in a bag for me as she hadn’t put them out yet and she picked one up no gloves and put it in a bag !! . I said to her ‘ don’t you think you should use the Tongs or put gloves on ?? , she didn’t know what to say .
I will not be buying bread or croissant there anymore , and I hope there are more complaints about this ..

Member of staff had an issue with the till one before me and messed about for 20mins. I popped in to get change to pay for parking before wanting to go back in. I asked several times if she could serve me and then come back to the problem but she said she wouldn't.
No management to help, confused untrained staff and no proactive staff arround to help. This left me walking out the store to return to my car and plan a trip to Tesco to be welcomed by a parking ticket. Worse visit ever.
