Quantity 4 isnt that you are getting 4 of one item, it means that you need 4.
I'm well aware of how many of something I need and think 60 quid on offer for a set of cheap GM glow plug replacements seems a bit pricey

Supremely unhelpful. Staff lack a basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics, unless you've got a part number and an hour of your life to waste I'd stick to ordering parts online as it's much less frustrating.
