Staff is not helpful at all. They do not monitor who is the next one in the queue. As there is only one queue for two cashier (supposed it be three), it makes sense to go to the next available cashier once someone finished paying as you are the next in the queue. However, when you get to the cashier but that staff is not available, you are doomed. As you are not allowed to get back to the queue and be the next one to be served. The staff will serve the one behind you, as they will treat you as "jumping" the queue.
The attitude of the staff are terrible. The shop floor is messier than other H&M. I would rather go to the H&M in Bracknell Lexicon than this one.

Great collection with good offer runnning across store. The store design is nice and lots of trial rooms which make it easy to try out cloths before you buy. All the stock was fresh. Loved the shopping experience in store.

Can't hate H&M. I even got a coat that had a whopping 50% off. Then thanks to the shop assistant who signed up online I got an additional 10% off. So my experience of Reading was pretty darn good!

I thought I lost a pair of glasses in the store and left my number so they could call if they found them. I was told they did a sweep of the store twice to look for them which was very kind and I'm so glad they took the recovery of prescription glasses seriously, as not everyone does. High praise for the staff members at H&M Reading.

Such a huge H&M, yet so little inside! There is almost nothing in there compared to what a huge store unit they have. Lots of empty walkway and very little amounts of clothes. There are lots of H&M stores that are 5 times smaller than this one and pack the same amount! Waste of space in the Oracle...

Nice store in the middle of the Oracle shopping centre. Was shopping for ladies blouses (with my daughter!) and the selection was ok plus stay bro willing to help put the 19 of them that we didn't buy back for us! I don't shop there myself but my daughters do... And will again... Apparently

Came in for three items. One pair of older boys jeans (none at all in his size, and very limited stock selection, which are all super skinny). One pair of girls jeans or leggings with pockets (none available, every single pair has fake pockets. This is very sexist, as boys jeans all have pockets). One pair of girls trainers or casual shoes, size 1 (only one pair available in correct size). Disappointing.

This store is closed inside the Oracle. It has a lot of variety in women's and kids clothes. The staff or sales persons are not there to assist the customer. The customers have to help themselves. The accessories, handbags, lingerie and cosmetics are also can be bought here. Footwears for kids also there.

PROS:
- huge selection on two floors,
- pricing is fairly normal, as usually in H&M stores.
CONS:
- staff are hard to find and even when you do they probably won't be able to help you,
- too few tills open (as usual),
- store can be really messy: sometimes you'll find clothes lying around the store (yes, people are awful), and there won't be anyone to sort them back.
