The primark here has the nicest staff you've ever met, they are very patient with you and always happy to give advice! They've helped me when I've forgotten my card pin, left my phone in the store and a number of different queries. I wish there was a way to praise them more highly than this because they are always so friendly and it makes me less nervous to shop in a big store like this. Thank you!

Best place to do your clothes shopping ! You can find all kinds of clothes. Even better you also get home linen, curtains, pillows ! All at a reasonable price. The good thing - it’s all under one roof. You don’t have any non sense about online etc, simply walk in and get your stuff.

First time I have been accused a lyer by a shop when I would never do that. I was pointing out there mistake which meant I couldn't return an item I purchased with a gift card. Avoid this pro slave dirty company.

Amazing quality clothes for the price, had a pair of their shoes for way over a year and they still look brand new! Wish there was nicer clothing in the womens section because I can only find simple modest clothing in mens. (Tip DO NOT use their hand sanitizer at the door bring your own because it smells SO bad)

Good value clothes. Sadly some silly person walking around with a mask under her chin. Would be lovely to see staff reminding shoppers about their store requirements for covid measures. It's only a few folk who choose to behave in a stupid and unhelpful manner. But it does taint my shopping experience

The shop was very clean and Covid safe. I was just a bit annoyed that during this time of Covid and people being ill, self isolation etc, that when we wanted to return 2 items of clothing and exchange them for ones that fit, as their changing rooms are closed so could not try them on, (completely understand that they are closed), but we were told that we were 1 day too late to exchange. They did back down, but i had to go through a manager to get them too. It is not as easy as it used to be to go shopping especially for those like us who have underlying health conditions. Come on Primark, be more flexible. Would have been 5 stars.

As with all Primarks the queue to pay on the ground floor was huge but all other floors had a minimal wait.

This is a best place for kids & ladies dresses. I did not find much collection for men. But kids section has lot of collections. Place is very close to railway station. Be cautious about parking. If you come during weekends nearby parkings are full but you can utilize the mall's parking ( it is costly though)
