Fantastic service and great quality furniture! Can’t recommend them enough! Received a call once everything was delivered to see if everything worked well in our home and to see that we were happy! Only thing that would be great is if they assembled the legs and removed the packaging ????

Better than expected following the demise of Westfield branch. Not unfriendly but a smile from the manageress would have been nice. Signing an electronic receipt with a mouse has to be amusing if not crazy!

Expensive but excellent customer service ????

I bought tow dining chairs from them and when I got the items I was not happy with the quality (both of them were scratched on their legs)and took them back even before assemble the items and I was told I need to leave the items with them for a week to sent them back to the where house and once the where house accept to get the item then they give me the refund however I paid the price when bought the item and it took few days to get the items,even they didn't want to give me any proof first for the returning items and then one of the lovely staff (I don't remember the name )gave me the proof letter and after 10 days I didn't get anything from them and I was forced to go there again and ask for for my money again. I have never had any problems with John Lewis or Fenwick (either quality or refund process) I'm not going to try dwell again.

Lovely furniture that’s looks really pretty in the house. Unfortunately, it’s over priced but the quality is really good too.

Very friendly staff. Fairly small range of furniture on view but enough to get a feel for most styles and sizes
