I bought some furniture for my dining room. Their interior design service was very useful. Dining table and chairs are top quality, delivered on time and assembled without any problems. Eva is an exceptional manager, very pleasant and professional young lady, always happy to help and to offer advice. I am very grateful to Eva and wish all the best to the entire team.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. My hallway looks lovely now with the Paris console table and round mirror above. Julia’s fast response to my emails and helpful advice were second to none. Delivery and assembly went without an issue, highly recommend BoConcept.

We recently took advantage of the BoConcept sale and I'm so pleased that we did. The furniture is exceptional and although slightly more expensive, you can definitely feel the quality. The term you get what you pay for springs to mind as it's so good. But what made the experience even better was the service. From the moment I spoke to Eva I was impressed with her knowledge, experience and kindness in taking me through the different options available. She was so patient with us and came up with a brilliant plan that has now come to life in front of my eyes and can't be happier. Recently visited the Bo Concept showroom in Guildford and dealt with Jessica Lawrence, what a great service! We were greeted with smiles and coffee on arrival, and Jessica showed us around the showroom. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in our project. She gave us space and time to browse the showroom whilst being on hand to answer questions and offer advice. We placed deposit ordered some furniture and the whole process couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. Friendly staff, space at a premium, earlier the better.

Wonderful showroom and lovely staff. Eva was very knowledgable and attentive and helped us a great deal in deciding which items of furniture were the best fit for our apartment.
