The staff is awesome! Everyone is genuine and very helpful. The president has a great philosophy I don't see too often, he puts the care and aftercare of his patients first. I've been to many health care centers, and this is the first one where I felt patients mattered more than making money.

Very pleased with the service my mother and I received at Skoric Hearing Aid Center. She had lost her hearing aid and we were able to get an appointment quickly. Brian was very professional and explained everything well .Was glad to hear about the follow up care to make sure my mother understood everything and that the new hearing aids were working well for her. I would recommend them to anyone anyone.

I had a appoiment yesterday and was afraid of bad news. The doctor went though everything step by step and made it much easier. I did get earing aids. Now I can hear again. I would just like to say the doctor was awesome. I would tell everybody to go there. I went to the one on State st Thank you again

Everyone here is fantastic-from the office staff, to the specialists. It's obvious that each member of staff is truly concerned for the hearing health of their patients. Not only do they educate upon testing, but their follow up care is unprecidented. No other company is nearly as passionate about improving the quality of life in the hearing impaired. The Skoric family are true leaders in this industry.

Edward said it right. Same thing with my dad and his non sound proof room. They then excuse their actions. When you complain to them, they want to be heard and don’t give you an opportunity to speak. I spoke with Skoric myself on my dads behalf and was told I care more about my inheritance then my fathers hearing. Pathetic company

I have been a client of beltone for several years, over the past few months I have had several health issues with my husband and I.... I’ve spoken with a wonderful young lady who is just exceptional, and very genuine to my husband and I as we need to cancel many appointments. We as well had our hearing device in for repair as my husband suffers from Dementia it is difficult for him to go without.. I would call eagerly and this young lady would assure me she would call to let me know any progress. As many people say that in the line of a receptionist and quite often as so do not follow up I received calls with updates like she said and to me that is expectional! The young lady chelsey is who I will from now on request to speak to and we would like for her to get this recongization of making your clients feel like they matter. Thank you beltone for the wonder experience.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! First of all you will be tested by a trainee and not a licensed hearing instrument specialist or audiologist as required by law. Secondly, you will be sold entry level hearing aids for $6000/pair, when you can go to Costco and but premium level hearing aids for $2500. And these hearing aids at Costco are ReSound products which make all Beltone's hearing aids! Lastly, if you are not being tested in a sound booth, with insert earphones, which of course Skoric hearing centers do not have, you are wasting your time with these snake oil salesmen. Do yourself a favor, save money and go to Costco hearing aid centers and get a legitimate test and a premium level product for thousands less!!!

Technician used otoscope on 2 patients, 1 after the other. When asked if he had disposable covers on it, he said no, not used to having two patients at once.
