I was incredibly impressed with the service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the receptionist up front was maskless. She wore a shield, which protects herself but not a mask which protects others. I waited outside in freezing temps for my car after she walked in maskless.

The problem was customers waiting and not wearing masks. You should make more effort to insure the safety of all customers by enforcing mask rules.
