I did visit the store for my Christmas shopping yesterday the manager was on shop floor and her service was over beyond any service in high street happy friendly and very helpful products knowledgeable

The store is not bad, the girl that was serving was with her head down on the counter, said she had a toothache (which is fair enough, but she should have called in sick or something and stayed at home if it was that bad).
Besides that Claire's is not a bad shop to go, if you looking for some outfit bits.

The staff were very rude, especially the lady who comes out the back to do the piercings! She had no manners whatsoever and was acting quite aggressively. She didn’t look as if she wanted to be there with all her shouting. Worst place to go for piercings.
