Thank you so much to you for dealing with my mum so wonderfully. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Barlow, the lovely audiologist in Epsom and she made the whole experience straightforward and easy for my elderly mum. We left with a new pair of hearing aids two weeks ago and it has been like a miracle for my mum who can now hear again and enjoy speaking on the telephone! We had a revise appointment with Sue on Friday and she was amazing again.
I will be taking my dad when the weather is warmer to see her.
Sue is an asset to the Epsom branch and I would definitely recommend seeing her if you need a professional, kind, skilled and caring audiologist.
