My wife and I are very grateful to engage Sharul Nakhoda the psychologist as our speech therapist for our 3.5 years old son. My son has speech delay and he has shown improvement after attending a few sessions with her. Best of all, he loves attending the class and he keep asking us to bring him back again.

Sharul Nakhoda - psychologist is dedicated, and hard working lady. She takes control of the situation and kids follow her.
She is always updated on where kid is currently and always plans her work way ahead.
My kid loves to go to the class and never says no.

We sent our 4.5 years old son to Sharul Nakhoda the psychologist with the concern of speech delay. Within few weeks we saw great improvement on him to be able to answer simple questions and sitting through the session. In 3 months time, he is able to strike 2 ways conversation and able to recall incident and answer to questions.. I am truely happy with Sharul's help and high recommended...

We have 3 years old kid and some concerns for the speech delays. We brought her to Ms. Sharul place. She has been very professional and also a deep engagement with parents and kid to figure out the reason based on interactions, test, interviews, observations but also giving lots further considerations (background, language environment..) to diagnose the issue and provide the feedback and suggestion for improvement. We feel very happy for her service!

Dr.Sharul knows her job well and she is able to communicate and teach my child to reach his language and speech goals. Sharul being very intuitive and conscious that what goes on at home/family interactions directly impacts the child, she is constantly on taps on his progress, and behaviors. I am thankful that we’ve decided to go to BICC and opted the IQ Test and Diagnostic Assessment for our son who was about to embark on his Primary 6 year. The time that I enquired Sharul about the whole process - the test and when the report would be available, was critical. With tight timeframe, I am glad that we were able to complete everything just in time to get MOE’s approval. Our experience was a testament on how Sharul works and how she takes care of each of her cases. Very scholarly, articulate and at the same time caring too. Takes deadline seriously but considerate on times that highly call for it.
Looking forward to meet her again for my son’s follow-up session.

Sharul was really focus in what to achieve and my child improved tremendously under her coaching. From a 2 words to forming 6 words in a sentence in less than 12 lessons.
She also helped and work on other aspect of my child's development e.g. behaviour. My child was crying inconsolable daily and for long hours, and she helped us to understand our child's emotional needs which improved the situation very much. No more frustrating moments between child and parents, we sort out by using language.
No words could fully describe how thankful we are towards Sharul. My child actually look forward for her class more than going to childcare.

Since attending BICC my son has made much progress in using spoken language to communicate with his peers at school but he is still working on showing good behavior in class with classmates .

We initially went to BICC for our younger child's assessment for learning difficulties. We were lost and nervous about what the outcome would be however, Sharul(clinician) put us at ease. At the very first meeting she had a clear understanding of our child's needs and walked us through on how we could implement teaching methods to help him. Sharul's approach was not merely for parents to do - She also advised us to rope in extended family members such as grandparents and uncle in the process. This enabled our whole family to support our child in every ways and work on his confidence. Thank to Speech Therapy Reasearch Based intensive therapy, my boy ASD was from non verbal to verbal just in 6 mth time and now my boy is as talktive as a chatterbox, Ms Sharul is very patient n kind therapist who help my boy to be what he is today and he still actively talkimg about Ms Sharul, her therapy centre is cosy n warm with love that every kids that go there will love it, best of all a lot of interactive toys for the kids. 100% they will enjoy themselves
