A very caring and understanding person who listens well and provides good guidance and advice, which when put into practice, provides peace and calm in my head and has helped me deal with a number of situations that would have previously put me close to meltdown. My awareness and observation for life and the people in my life has increased and my ability to cope with stress and stressful situations continues to improve. This has definitely worked for me and I cannot thank Deborah enough.

Deborah has a warm, caring nature and a very calming presence. She is knowledgeable about Hypnotherapy and also offered me good relaxation advice. I found our session together to be very helpful and I would definitely consider seeing her again if I had another issue that I wanted to resolve.
