Was just served by a very rude man. He was very polite and friendly towards the woman before me. Even asked if she would like a bag, when he served me though said the absolute bare minimum and didnt even bother telling me the total. I was under the impression employees serving people were meant to have people skills.

Very good and well stocked up. The problem I had was the costumers leave all the fridges doors half open I spoke to the security he was very pleasant man he said people just don’t care, like that the fridges use twice as much energy and the dust from outside gets in side the fridges.

Ordered groceries to be delivered, than the site said that it was delivered although it was not. After a conversation on the phone with a very harsh women it turned out that the delivery guy was noglt able to call my Dutch telephone number. Waited 1.5 hours for this..

Its a vary nice small shop with all the basics and its good for time you need to in there for a long time, you can just go in there and essentially be back out. Quick and easy. The shop has two self service and two tills that require staff.

When a shop opens at 6, in my opinion it should be ready for customers to shop. But this Tesco half the shelves were empty, there was no one on the tills and big trolleys all over the place. Not very organized in my opinion. They took so long I didn't even buy my shopping in the end. Disappointed, seeing how most Tescos are great. If they can't be ready for 6 maybe they should open later.

Ridiculously slow service. The checkout staff don't have a morsel of urgency between them. The most common sight is a queue of 6-7 customers waiting to be served, and usually the checkout staff casually chatting while they slowly scan.

Absolutely disgusting customer service,
I tried to use the self serve option, only for it not to accept clubcard or any card payments
I asked for help - to be told “Nothing I can do its fine” I asked what looked to be supervisor who was at the first aisle who laughed and said “cant help you”
If this is Tesco service - I’ll take my custom elsewhere!

Extremely rude staff. Refused to serve me even though I am over the age limit for caffeinated drinks and provided them with my uk driving licence. Went to Tesco Extra and they accepted my purchase with no issue. Do not shop here

I was assaulted by the check-out lady! Bought a bunch of items from the reduced section, everything was rudely and careless scanned by a young lady of African origin, and when I told her the total isn't right she replied shouting "só calculate it yourself then!" And that she hasn't got time to check my bill! I was ORDERED to pay and check it myself on the side! Gobsmacked I paid the wrong bill and she rudely shoved my basked to the side. EVERY single item was scanned wrong and I asked her to get me the manager - she called a colleague instead - and while I was explaining to him what happened, she jumped in violently into us and shouted at me on top of her lungs in front of a full store, pointing her finger at me in a very threatening way. I asked her twice politely please don't shout at me and she just kept going totally out of order! I don't know where Tesco sources their staff, this is totally unacceptable and I should have called the police. I was in such distress I wanted to cry. I will surely never shop here again! AVOID!

The only place which is open till late in the night. It has all the items one needs from fruits and vegetable to groceries and drinks. The staff is good.

They don't answer the phone. I tried to pick up a package two days after scheduled delivery and told me it wasn't in. Called headoffice and they told me it was delivered. Very poor service.
