We have noticed a huge drop in quality of products especially dates, staffing at the tills a generally the helpfulness of staff or more to the point lack of. Have tried going at different times but still have had the same experience. We spend around £150 per week so I think it's time for a change!!!

Good parking, got a very good range of food stuff. People try to stay at a safe distance were possible. Good checkouts, and on the way out you can fill the car up at their petrol station. Very good.

Be aware of parking entrance. Just for 2,2 meter high vehicles. Parking for vehicles out of this range is on gas station, or use aldi parkway

The shop was clean, tidy and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no queues and I managed to get everything I needed. The prices are reasonable and the special offers were good.

Everything chilled I buy here goes off way faster than other stores. Also their frozen food section is room temperature at best and frozen ice creams have usually melted and been refozen a bunch of times before buying, so much so that they end up shapeless masses in their packets and tasteless. Just go somewhere else.

Hit and miss. Best bakery of all the supermarkets. When they bother to keep it stocked. Same with the pizza counter. Often you visit they are out of stock of skucb that I regret visiting. You need to get some consistency.

Having gone to Morrisons for Click and Collect, we found ourselves waiting for 2 hours for our products to be handed over, with a promise of delivery within 30 minutes 3 times. Far below the standard of service we would expect from Morrisons

People still shopping without masks. Security guard stood with his back towards incoming shoppers, so unable to challenge people with no masks! Merchandise on offer was fine. No empty shelves

Always a good store to go to. It can get busy and have to queue as there's not many staff on tills. There's a great wrapping section with different wrapping papers and bows to choose which is a really nice addition and handy while already there. Overall would recommend going here. Plenty of parking available too which is always a bonus

Firstly at the petrol station it was not very clear which pumps were open.
I arrived at a pump which was potentially open to discover a bar through the pump handles. Very unhelpful as signage was nonexistent.

One of the best shopping experiences for ages. Just seemed to flow. Not saying they are the cheapest but going through the self pay till was fabulous. No problems or putting things on and off and a variety of payments I haven't seen before. The guy even cleared my bottle of wine purchase before I even needed to ask. Fabulous.

What can I say, great for everything but freezer food and last time I went only two cashiers was working so was standing in the Isle for a very long time all while being surrounded by other shoppers, and no distancing at all.

Waste of time. Asked a member of staff who did not have a clue, sent me to the wrong area, had to wait ages at customer services, woman behind the counter was hopeless just answering a simple question. Did not have what I needed.

Never well stocked, fully appreciate this can be challenging during a pandemic, but the stock they do put out is strewn across random aisles and wrong price tags. The car park also has drain covers missing, which someone could easily break their ankle in.

Supermarket was dirty and under stocked. It appears they do not hire a night crew to restock shelves or clean the store. Instead, you have to navigate around staff going about their work. Frustratingly, the butchers and fishmonger counters are not staffed. Given the store is open both counters should be staffed and serving customers.

Too crowded and no one really to help the self service check out. Reduced prices not updated on the Till. On the positive side Morrisons has some great variety and options covering world food, clothing, kitchenware etc

Morrisons is king. Love how they replaced that tatty old Union Jack in the carpark. The rubbish in the carpal, especially in the hedges is beyond bad. Have some self-respect. The shop is top though. The fresh fish is also amazing. Tidy the carpark!
