Collected my car for an mot and returned in good time.
Had 2 mots and a service with them so far i cant fault them. Get the discount plan through them and trust me you wont go anywhere else as that reduces the costs.

The chaps on the front desk are very sweet and helpful but I can only give 3stars as it took over 2 hours to MOT my car when I had booked it in as an MOT while you wait option. They explained it was because I had booked it over their lunchtime period so I had to wait 45 mins for the testers to come back from lunch before the car was even moved from the forecourt. If I had insisted on this time, I would completely understand but this was the time they allocated me, when I gave them every day of the week after 12.30 to choose from!
I will still bring my car here for parts etc as they are great but might have to rethink how I get it MOT’d next year!

Phoned the garage today to book in as I had received a letter about an Urgent Product Safety action required on my model of Zafira. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally rude. Really astonishingly rude. He told me the next available appointment was in October, we are now in May. I only imagine he must have terrible personal problems, we can only imagine what others are going through so must continue to be kind however badly we are spoken to. Poor man.

Took car here for recall work yesterday. And Never gave any paperwork when we picked car up so dont even know if anything or what has been done to the car. Im Going to get car checked somewhere else i think to make sure its safe. All they wanted was to pick holes in the car to gain more work so they made money from me. Won't ever go here again for anything. And there was me thinking I'd found a good garage at last in worthing. But no all they want is to make money from people.

The Guys at Steeles really saved my bacon recently. I came out of work and barely got my car started and the local Vauxhall Francise in Brighton KAP no longer deals in Vauxhall so I called Steeles and advised them I would need to bring my car in straight away as I wouldn't have started again. They were great and told me to bring it down it was no problem but they were busy and may not get to it until the following week which was fine considering my short notice call. When I dropped it off I was greeted and advised it may be Tuesday next before I got the car back which was no problem I was just happy they could take it in. (This was a Wednesday Eve) They even got someone to drop me off at the station so I could get back to Brighton which I thought was really great of them to offer to do that. (Cheers to the guy who did that I think you were called Mark?) Anyway I got a call the following day to advise it was a Battery Fault and would be covered under warranty which was a relief, I had the car back on Friday!! Thanks guys you really turned it around quick when you were really busy! I will certainly be using you again for any vehicle repairs once my current service plan on the vehicle runs out. It is refreshing to go to a garage these days and have such great customer service and such a quick turnaround :) Cheers!

Service really good, quick turn around. 1 annoying issue re fuel when retueretu the custody car, I put fuel in gauge read 2 bars like for like when picked up.when car parked on return and checked, went to 1 bar. Took car out again, another £5 in shot up to 4 bars, car clearly has a fuel gauge issue. Garage advised. ????
