I’ve always used Gem UK although I don’t live in the area. My husband I would rather our vehicles be in safe hands and dealt with efficiently. Service is always professional, friendly and prompt. The mechanics have a comprehensive knowledge of all makes of vehicles. I would thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.

Following some horrible noises from the rear of my LR Discovery I took it down to GEM for some advice.
The owner quickly looked and suggested that it was a caliper problem and that he could look at it the next day to confirm. True enough it was diagnosed and they advised the parts would be here the next day and did I want my car back ? I left it with them and The next thing I knew was a knock at the door and my keys being handed back...what a service!
Cannot praise the customer service enough , always helpful and determined to make things as smooth as possible .

I first came across Suira and Gem Motors about two years ago. In the few times that I have had to use their services, Suira and his team have been very professional and offer great customer care and support. They have fixed minor issues, like my wing mirror coming off and replacing wipers to general MOT. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for your car to be in safe honest hands.

The best local garage by far! I cannot recommend Gem Garage highly enough - Suria and his team are always friendly, efficient, polite.... and, on top of this, excellent value! I have been using Gem for eight years since moving to Ferring in 2013 and have never experienced anything less than first class service. Suria in particular always goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are well treated - It may sound like a cliche, but you genuinely do get service with a smile from Suria. I would not use any other garage now and feel lucky to have such an excellent garage in Ferring.

had reoccurring engine fault light & restricted power to engine on my van, booked in & straight away the problem was diagnosed to D P F filter sensor, sensor was replaced, within 24 hours I was back on the road, no more problem

Approached gem garage after my injector burst out of my engine. They said to bring the car in on Monday, and by the end of the day, my car was back on the road again! They had the parts ordered in advance too! Very happy with how quick it all was. They also didn’t rush when on the phone to explain what they found. I was fully informed and felt valued as a customer! Il be using these guys from now on for my services and MOTs ????????

in a word terrible,total lack of communication,failure to undertake the works that were booked in even after having the vehicle for two months when the time schedule had been given as three/four weeks, we have had to collect the vehicle and moved it to another garage, i would never use them again, this was a valuable job around £2000 and we have six cars so we could have been valued future customers but we have lost total trust in Gem garage
