Neha contacted me with a job spec and initially I was really on the fence. After speaking to her more on the phone she put me at ease and actually made me feel excited! My interview was booked very quickly and Neha stayed in contact with me daily, making sure I was ready for the big day! Without her being so connected, I would have been a bag of nerves but I felt so calm and at ease. I have worked with agencies before, Tate is definitely one of the best around the area I live in. I cannot fault Neha or the rest of team Tate! On top of being absolutely fabulous, I found out a few hours after my interview that i'd secured the job! Was phoned by Neha at Tate who told me she had found my CV online and had a position which linked closely to what I was looking for. Was incredibly easy to set up - called on Tuesday and interview Wednesday morning. Neha was helpful and friendly, calling me the morning of and answering any questions I had about the interview process.
Called in the afternoon of the interview to let me know I had the job! Very swift process; filled out the forms around right to work and references and was ready to start the next morning.
The team have been lovely; catching up to see how it's going after my first day, first week etc. Great service and great partner companies - my current role is perfectly suited to me and I'm very happy they got in touch.

I applied for a job through a job seeking website and i have received what can only be described as harassment from this company. I've had to block their email address, and have been receiving persistent phone calls whilst i'm working my current job. The woman serving me also used my contact number to contact me on her personal mobile without my permission, and kept booking me in for interviews i did not ask for and could not make. Now when i see a job has been advertised through Tate, i actively decide not to apply because i don't want to receive 6 phone calls a day hounding me to take interviews which do not fit around my current employment. Dreadful experience, way too much pressure and absolutely do not listen to their customers.

What can I say about Neha Patel at Tate. She is amazing. Since I have been looking for work in a specific field, she has been extremely professional, helpful, and pretty much amazing. She spends way too much time working out of hours. Neha even put me forward for a position which she saw come in at 2am... whilst on holiday in another country !! how more committed can you get !! I don't think many recruiters would do that. She is friendly, empathetic, and a lovely person. She is a huge credit to Tate, as is the rest of the team at Tate. They are all amazing.
