I recently graduated from university and come across Cranleigh Scientific on some job apps. I saw a position I liked applied and with in hours was called back by a well spoken, energetic, gentleman called Alex. Alex gave me some very detailed information on the company, location, and job description before asking for my permission to start proceeds with sending my CV over to the employer. Alex checked in with me regularly in the small space of time which I needed wait for my interview, and prepped me entirely on who I would be meeting and what to expect at interview. With this support I was successful and was offered the job the following day. I have since in the mere 8 weeks, been promoted and now, only 6 weeks in have a permanent role, in a great department to work for with in the company. I would also like to personally thank Sally Emmett, and Grant just a few of the team at Cranleigh for some, above and beyond support to my self during those early weeks with my transition from weekly pay to monthly pay, and the change of work environment that I experienced. Cranleigh Scientific have been a massive support and given me a great opportunity to start my career that I will forever be grateful for. I recommend Cranleigh Scientific to any one looking for a start in a science career.

I have seen a couple of negative reviews, which is sad. My personal experience has been completely opposite.
Fantastic group of people to work with. I have worked with Katie from the Cranleigh team and it was a delight. The diligence, care and the level of communication throughout the entire process were top notch.
The speed at which the whole process was conducted was amazing and the level of transparency was refreshing.
The team at Cranleigh get my unreserved recommendation.

They made each step of my application process very clear, and were very helpful in preparing me for telephone and face to face interviews. They were also very prompt in contacting me to explain how each stage of my job application had progressed.

This company is tremendous in what they do especially Lewis Cox who was in constant contact with myself every step of the process after being offered an interview, he rang me or emailed me practically every day and was available at all times if I needed advice. I Found dealing with a specific member of staff extremely difficult. This person found it necessary to make judgements on my cv that were unwelcome, unconstructive and rude during a phone call I had. Recruiters should make you feel confident about a role not fill you with doubt.
