After 18+ years of having a crooked nose and deviated septum, I approached the Plastic Surgery Group to address the issue. Dr. Tork made me feel comfortable and confident with the procedure necessary to correct the issue. His competency was immediately apparent, and he took the time to go over everything that could be done to resolve my specific case. The surgery went a little longer than anticipated due to the significance of the damage inside my nose, but overall I could not have asked for a better result. I am one month post-op and have been ecstatic about the way I now look since I was only 5 days out of surgery. This was as smooth and painless as I could have asked for, and he did a fantastic job. I love Dr.Williams and his nurse Polly is the best. I could not have asked for better care he took the time to explain everything to me. He made sure I understood the procedure and what to expect but most of all he was so reassuring I felt at ease when I went in for surgery.

He treated me very kind and also was very knowledgeable about my procedure. I’m am soooo happy with my results. Dr. Tork of the plastic surgery group is a GAMECHANGER! I had major complications from a back surgery in April of 2019. I met with over 5 of the “top doctors “ in Cincinnati whom couldn’t diagnose my life changing complications. I was finally referred to the Plastic Surgery Group. In the first visit, Dr. Tork diagnosed my complex abdominal injuries. He explained what had happened and said that he could get me fixed. I had waited over a year to hear those words. Dr. Tork did the very complex surgery in July of this year. After the surgery, he visited with me in the hospital everyday (even on July 4th). I am glad to report that it has been 8 weeks since surgery and I look and feel great. Dr. Tork and his team gave me back my quality of life. A special thanks to Julie Kessler and Kate Pringle who went above and beyond in handling all the insurance requirements. I am glad all the previous “top doctors” were unable to treat my condition because I got the best in Dr. Tork and the Plastic Surgery Group.

I had a tummy tuck here and I rate them a 10! I look fabulous thanks to them. Also got some inside plumbing fixed. I am 57 years old and my tummy looks fabulous, sexy. I had mine done at the Kentucky office.

My experience has been nothing but AMAZING all thanks to Dr.Tork! I was nervous coming into my consultation but after meeting him seeing how knowledgeable, passionate, and precise he was I knew I was in good hands. Him and his assistant Mandy are very personable they made me feel comfortable the entire step of the way. (Also patient in answering all my questions) I’m so happy with my breast augmentation results and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr.Tork!!!

I tried to schedule a consultation for a breast reduction with a doctor and was immediately turned down by their scheduler Kaylyn. She asked me about my insurance provider, height, and weight. Upon answering her questions Ms. Kaylyn decided that the doctor wouldn’t consider me “a good surgical candidate”. I am 22 years old and I wear a 40N bra. Ms. Kaylyn suggested that I should check with my general doctor about weight management. Let me explain something. I am as active as I can physically be with this much weight on my chest. I enjoy working out, hiking, and kayaking but you can only imagine the amount of strain that puts on my back. You don't think I'm well aware of my weight and the concerns there? Why do you think I am asking for an appointment? Obviously, a breast reduction will not magically solve my issues but it would significantly improve my situation. But Ms. Kaylyn is concerned about my "health and safety" even though that is not her job as a switchboard/surgery scheduler. I have developed many medical issues due to my chest size. At the age of 10, I was already in a C cup. For 12 years I have suffered through physical pain and mental health issues all because of my breast. When Ms. Kaylyn suggested that I try weight management I immediately felt like a fat piece of sh@t for lack of better words. What she doesn’t know is that I’ve spoken to several doctors, including weight management specialists. She is not aware of my medical history. I will admit that her comment made me want to give up trying and just accept that I will be forced to suffer from crippling pain for the rest of my life but then I thought about all the other women who are in my same position. That is why I am writing this review. Ms. Kaylyn is a representative of the establishment that she works for. If this is the type of people that are employed here then I would be uncomfortable letting any of their surgeons operate on me. If this is the behavior that the surgeons promote that is truly sickening. I have been in contact with my insurance provider and they have also suggested seeing about a reduction but Ms. Kaylyn has denied me the opportunity to even be told no by the doctor. The trained medical professional. Let them tell me no if they must but at least give me a chance to plead my case. Again, I am only 22. I would like the chance to enjoy my early adulthood just like any young woman would. I am actively trying to improve my long term health. I am not asking for cosmetic surgery. I am asking for surgery to allow me to live a healthier life so that I don’t have to worry about dying in my sleep because the weight of my chest causes me to stop breathing in my sleep. Ms. Kaylyn is concerned about my "health and safety" though, even though I was not allowed to offer this information to the surgeon based on three pieces of information provided. I suppose sleep apnea is not a real concern. If this establishment does not care about the general health of their potential patients then maybe they should stick to cosmetics, what’s the point of taking insurance? So yes, I am extremely offended by Ms. Kaylyn’s comment. I am well aware of the risk I could be facing by having surgery, the risk of not having surgery is far greater. Again, if the answer is no then I am more than willing to accept that answer from the surgeon. The one who earned a degree. The one who actively operates on patients. I am not willing to accept a no from a scheduler who clearly does not possess the emotional intelligence to understand that for a lot of people, surgery is the last hope to improve their quality of life. If you are considering having surgery here I would suggest keeping your options open and having a backup, especially if it is a medical necessity.

Dr. Tork is the absolute best!!! He changed my life, and I mean that in the best way possible. If you need ANYTHING, see Dr. Tork!

A wonderful experience all around. The staff at TPSG were all super friendly, supportive, and helpful. I went in to my first consultation half-expecting to have my own body be mansplained to me, and talked into doing this or that. However, Dr. Tork listened to all of my concerns, gave me some honest feedback, and educated me on the process to help me make the best decision for myself. The whole process between consultations, corresponding with my insurance company, and getting the surgery scheduled was as fluid as I could have hoped. A few weeks post-op and I am already feeling more like myself with my smaller, more appropriately-sized breasts!

Dr. Tork made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. I am so happy with my results and can’t wait for my 6/8 week follow up! Great work Dr. Tork!!! I will definitely be referring you to my friends!

My 70 yr old mom had both breast removed and had cosmetic surgery done for multiple reasons , mostly health due to rubbing raw spots under arm pits , won’t name physician that done this procedure but she hacked her up to no end !!!! Also cut more than she should have off both side but mostly one , to where the glue and emergency room visit twice because she couldn’t be seen cause of scheduling she was stitched and glued both er visits and caught infection during the waiting game for placement of what ever scheduling is more important than others or cutting into vacation or off days for the physician, who knows ? Anyways a month after initial plastic surgery that left her not able to raise hand above neck and drainage to no end and the pain I had to witness cause I myself took care of her 24/7 “ live with “ after my father passed I myself told physician what I thought and know but politely and her remarks were not of the apologetic nature but more like she was covering her butt and reputation. I thought I would share this before my final decision on malpractice suit so no one else has to go through what was already a tragic situation to begin with , it’s sad that some humans think and act the way that common sense and being a decent human being tells us not too . If a single I will take some responsibility for my actions or a mere I’m sorry would have made this review non existent!!

I would recommend them to anyone looking for great surgeons. I spoke with several doctors in and out of state. Dr. Tork spoke with the confidence if not a slight arrogance that I wanted from my surgeon. He assured me he would do a good job and he was 1000% correct. Its been almost a month and I feel great. My scars are healing as planned and they contact me weeklly. Who does that? Look, you want a quality surgeon with a awesome staff, look no further.

I decided it was time for me to get a breast reduction/lift. Dr Michael Columbus was my go to guy. He is very understanding, caring concerned about my wants and needs. His assistant Laura ,always greets me with a smile and when getting to my room, asks me " how I am doing" and actually listens. My experience here at PSG has been great, and " My Girls look awesome ". Thanks for everything ????

Dr, S.Tork , PlasticSurgeon He is a very attentive surgeon with a sharp eye, and wonderful bed side manner. I traveled 2 hours to have him perform my procedure, I was treated with respect by everyone there, including the billing office. I recommend him & trust him,

I had a "Tummy Tuck" 2 years after having Weight Loss Surgery. I had lost 147 lbs and had a good bit of loose skin. Dr. Columbus removed the skin and repaired the damaged muscles from my pregnancy. I could not be happier with the results of my procedure. Dr. Columbus is confident and calming. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is very encouraging. I highly recommend Dr. Columbus and The Plastic Surgery Group.

Let's just say this group is a joke! It's only a matter of time till they are sued! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here they are thieves! So I'll start from the beginning, the wife wanted to get some plastic surgery done. We went to the consultation and we decided to move forward with the want of plastic surgery and made an appointment and put $300 down to hold the appointment. Well us being parents, 'life' happened and the money we had saved up for the surgery had to be used for another reason and been saving up since then to afford the operation. Two years goes by and the wife decides that she doesn't want plastic surgery anymore and calls The Plastic Surgery Group to retrieve her $300. They tell her that they no longer have that money because it was "FORFEITED".... the woman who answered the phone got extremely rude and unprofessional when my wife got upset about how and why the $300 being so called forfeited. Now let me say that at the original consultation the doctor that represents this company stated "as long as you pay your $300 to hold your spot you can come back whenever you want and schedule your operation even if it's years down the road". At this point my wife was really upset and didn't understand why it was forfeited when they said otherwise. So I call them and spoke with the same woman and tried to understand how and why it was forfeited. The woman stated " it's been years since the consultation and if you never call back to reschedule it gets forfeited". No where on their website or pamphlet does it state anything like that! I asked , why wasn't my wife notified of a forfeiture?' Which should be done anytime there is a legal forfeiture especially when it deals with property (aka our money). I told them I will be contacting the police department and filing a Theft charge and also contacting my attorney. All of a sudden the woman I was speaking with, her attitude changed completely and wanted to help me get back our $300. They said it would be mailed out to our address and I even confirmed our current residence with them. So what did they do on purpose, they mailed the check to an address that was 2 years old and vacant. So it was sent back to them and was considered undeliverable! Luckily my wife and I were on top of it and called them about a week after them saying it would be mailed out. So my wife had to go all the way to their office in Kentucky to FINALLY get our $300 check back! They obviously knew what they were doing is stealing people's money by saying it's so called forfeited if they don't reschedule their appointment and hope they just forget about the money you put down!

I do not recommend. They are quantity driven and not quality driven.
