Dr. Tork of the plastic surgery group is a GAMECHANGER! I had major complications from a back surgery in April of 2019. I met with over 5 of the “top doctors “ in Cincinnati whom couldn’t diagnose my life changing complications. I was finally referred to the Plastic Surgery Group. In the first visit, Dr. Tork diagnosed my complex abdominal injuries. He explained what had happened and said that he could get me fixed. I had waited over a year to hear those words. Dr. Tork did the very complex surgery in July of this year. After the surgery, he visited with me in the hospital everyday (even on July 4th). I am glad to report that it has been 8 weeks since surgery and I look and feel great. Dr. Tork and his team gave me back my quality of life. A special thanks to Julie Kessler and Kate Pringle who went above and beyond in handling all the insurance requirements. I am glad all the previous “top doctors” were unable to treat my condition because I got the best in Dr. Tork and the Plastic Surgery Group.

I have been going to TPSG for several years for hydrofacials and medical grade skin care products. Tara is amazing and she only recommends what she thinks my skin is in need of at that time. I have a skin regimen that I love - products that I love and I don't think I am ever being pressured or oversold. Thanks Tara!

There are not enough superlatives I could use that can convey how pleased and happy I am with my recent breast reduction and blepharoplasty done with Dr. Tork. I’m just sorry I waited so long to proceed. From my first appointment with Dr Tork and his nurse Mandy, I knew after interviewing other docs I had arrived with the right team. Dr Tork was an empathetic listener who genuinely cared and wanted to help me make my long desired changes a reality. Dr Tork’s background as an artist and surgeon combined with a fun bedside manner brought a spectacular finished product! The blepharoplasty was so easy , done in the office , healed quickly, yielding great improvements. No more of the tired, droopy eyes! Folks comment and notice the difference. The breast reduction!!! Amazing !! I can’t believe it’s me! Such a great finished product. The recovery was so easy. Just Tylenol for 3 days post op, then nothing . A heartfelt thank you to Dr Tork and Mandy! I highly recommend to anyone!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Plastic Surgery Group and the care I received from Dr. Williams and his team. I had breast augmentation in May, and had I known how amazing the results would be, I would have done it years ago! Recovery for me was easy, and follow up visits made sure everything was healing on track. Staff is knowledgeable, caring and available to answer questions.

I have seen Dr. Williams for five years, and have been pleased with every visit. He and Polly make a really great team. I referred a girlfriend for Botox, and when she found out Dr. Williams no longer accepts new patients, she scheduled with another. She also had a really great experience, and planned for a procedure beyond her initial intent. It makes believe every doctor at the practice does an exceptional job.- so schedule to with whomever!

From Botox, fillers, and dermaplaning it's always a positive experience! I always feel like I'm turning my cosmetic "enhancements" over to a very skilled and professional staff.

Not happy...2 breast augmentations, origiinal and redo still different sizes, can't wear a regular bra one is C one is D. Doctor said he was happy with results. Happy with all other services but won't be back.

I adore Dr. Willams. He’s a wonderful doctor. The staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming. I went in to have a BA because I’ve had 3 children and having my 3 children left my once beautiful natural C cup breast as saggy loose small A cup breast. I was unsatisfied with the way I looked and I wanted to fix that as my low self esteem was bothersome. I wish I could say I got what I wanted from this experience. While my self esteem is better I’m still not completely happy with my breast. They aren’t what I wanted. I’m not happy with how expensive they were to just feel like they’re ok. Dr. Williams was the first plastic surgeon I went to and he had me convinced he could only put 275cc to 350cc in. Which I know now from visiting other surgeons that’s absolutely false. I think Dr Williams strives to make them look natural and I don’t care if they look natural cause they’re not. I don’t care if they’re too big for my frame in the eyes of others I wanted the saggy loose skin gone I wanted them to be full and big. While they fit my body and they’re better they’re not what I wanted and now I have to pay someone else and go through the entire process again to get what I want. It’s been a year since my surgery. They look great in clothing but I wanted them to look great while naked as well. I wanted to not have to wear padded bras. There’s a lot I expected that I didn’t get and overall I’d say I’m okay with them for now but in the future I will have them done again by someone that will listen to what I want rather than telling me what they want to do. It’s my body and I think my opinion and what I want is the most important thing.
