Went in for one thing and came out with 5 ! Has such a wide range of products that you never see elswhere. How do they manage stock of so many low cost and daily changing products. Take criticism but as the product costs are low it must be difficult to make a business. Think, where else could I go.

Having worked for WHSmith when I was at college I always hope the company thrives. I'm afraid after visiting this store I understand why they are not doing so well. Very depressing and just a mismatch of stock. Another falling giant. Will only use again for the Post Office

It took me 20 mins to get a stamp and post a letter. The shop area is nice people but not enough of them.

A few months ago I wa sout shopping alone. I severe Tourettes syndrome so while trying to suppress the tics I guess I did look shifty. The noises I make may also make the draw attention to me but I was in the shop awhile and you'd start to tell it ws Tourettes.
I picked up a case for a dvd (CARDBOARD SHOW CASE) as they keep all their dvds behind the counter.
Didn't go ahead with purchase, put the box down and went out to the next store. A worker promptly followed me out the shop and embarrassed me but searching my bags in the next shop. She asked where the dvd was. I said the dvd is behind the counter, the case is on the shelf. I asked her to why she thought I stole it, she said I was acting shifty, to which I said it was me suppressing my tics, to which she rolled her eyes and shrugged off.

I tend to forget just how handy Whsmiths is .. this one is usually well stocked with ba good range of offers and now with the post office on store it's even handier

Its certainly not the best WHSmiths I've been in, not that any immediately spring to mind. It's uninviting and would be greatly improved with warmer lighting - your much better off popping to Waterstones around the corner! The post office needs more checkouts, the ques are always large and no transactions seem to be fast. You'll probably be waiting 10 mins at busy times of the day!

WHSmith in Bracknell feels very busy, the shelfing is too high and feels a bit cluttered it dosent flow well. They do stock a selection of goods, although other places are cheaper
