I was personally served by the friendly Manager whose name begins with an A. She made me feel welcome and helped me package my DHL post. Without A I would have felt lost and anxious.
I loved my visit to Ryman and look forward to visiting again.

To whom it may concern at head office,
I came into the Bracknell branch of Ryman's for what felt like a sensitive thank you laminate related printing. I've usually been served by Charlie, Peter, Mo, Heather and Ryan from the Woking branch who've been consistently excellent something I appreciated as I'd usually go into the shop while feeling clumsy and stuff.
I have to say that Allison in the Bracknell branch of Ryman's was a real superstar during times of great significance for me! Allison's arguably been the number one superstar retail employee I've come across in Bracknell! I didn't expect her to replicate the service of the Woking branch and Allison was just a pure gem who came through for me when it mattered for me. Oh and just remembered, Marc was also great as well.

Don't be fooled by the dressing, this isn't a stationery shop. It's a Western Union money transfer kiosk. You can attempt to buy stationery, if you're happy to spend half an hour in a queue. There are places nearby where you can actually buy pens.

NOVENS BAZILE
Went into the Bracknell store this afternoon - 18/04/2015. Standing towards the back of the shop examining filing cabinets and storage. The two assistants stood at their counter belly-aching about 'weirdos' coming in all the time I'm 'shopping'.
Waited for about five minutes - no approach so I walk out. As I go past the counter, one the assistants' remarks 'you okay?'
Much of the stock looked to be seconds as well - poor quality product and useless assistants - not a great combination.
