I have been going to Dr. Wei for 12 years. I was thoroughly disappointed that I arrived for my appointment 12 minutes early and was seen on time for my echo, but waited an hour following the echo to see the doctor. At that time, I wasn’t called back so I left. My name still hadn’t been called. An innovative location and technological advances is one thing, but customer service and wait time need improvement.

Mixed feeling of this facility. Dr.Lim is excellent ,very patient and detailed. The nightmares are from their billing department. They carelessly submitted the claim to insurance with our old insurance still on their file eventhough we gave them our new insurance info upon check in . It happened to both me and my husband on different visiting dates on different tests.Talked to the billing staff Kim in person ,followed up by phone call just to find out no action was taken although she said she would call the "debt collectors". Wonder if we want to go back there again for this careless billing problems which they r not keen on fixing.

Dr. Baptista is very personable, friendly, and professional. He explains technical information in language that is easy to understand, and he always goes out of his way to help the patient get the best care possible. Whenever I mention that I am seeing Dr. Baptista, others reply, "Oh yes, he's my cardiologist, too. He's the best."

My mothers heart Dr was moved here. Very Nice location and clean. Fresh flowers, everywhere. They have testing and imaging on first floor, as well as, a tea brewing area. So far so good.

If you want a doctor that listens to you, knows what they are doing and has the experience to make an accurate diagnosis, then make your appointment here! The staff is excellent, making the new patient experience painless from making appointments, scheduling tests and relaying information to/from the doctor and staying on top of the insurance coordination. Can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my husband!

This group is amazing. I had to have a Chemical Stress test and an Echo and I was very nervous about it. The front office lady in the testing center was very kind and helped me feel at ease. The technicians who did all the testing were professional and gentle, which made me feel at ease. Thank you Vital Heart & Vein.

Don't want to explain the entire situation but I received a call from someone at this office today saying she was a medical assistant, and she was very rude and unprofessional. I will not have my parents returning here. I myself in the medical field cannot believe that someone who is supposed to care for her patients can show her patients how she really doesn't. I'm very disappointed in the service I received today, unfortunately the Dr. suffers because she was wonderful.

I highly recommend Dr. Gnaim and Vital Heart! Earlier in the year, it was recommended to go see a cardiologist so I decided to give Vital Heart based on a recommendation. It was a very positive experience. Dr. Gnaim asked several questions regarding my history and symptoms and was very thorough. I didn't feel overwhelmed or rushed and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend Vital Heart and Vein!

Terrible customer service! I waited 2 weeks for insurance verification and finally called them to try to get answers. After several calls, got approved, did full round of tests. After a week waiting, called for results. They said they should have scheduled a follow up. "They will call you back today"....no call. I'll call again tomorrow. Thank God heart issues aren't serious.

This place is ran by an unprofessional man who shows favoritism to certain employees. The doctors are great and wonderful physicians. This post is not about the doctors. I have noticed alot of unacceptable unfair things in this work place. It's a horrible place to work. This place has discrimination all over it.

I always have had very efficient and professional experiences with the Dr. at Vital Heart and Vein. I had an appointment this morning at 8:30 for two tests and then a follow up visit with the Dr. I was back in my car by 9:30! Looking forward to their new offices and better parking!

This is the best doctor practice I've ever run across. I saw Dr. Rajiv Agarwal. Would recommend to everyone. Wait time was minimal. Doctor gave me all the time in the world to explain my situation in very simple way. I left there amazed. The staff was wonderful. I was able to explain everything to my wife at home. I am looking forward to them moving into their new building. I've found my doctors for life! Best experience ever. I feel so blessed to have found Vital Heart.

I highly recommend Vital Heart & Vein for your healthcare needs. I've always had a positive experience with this group of doctors and their staff. My parents have been going to this group for many years. My doctor is Dr. Charlie Gnaim and he's great. He takes the time to listen, explain things and answer any questions that I may have. He is also proactive about getting a jumpstart on my healthcare needs in an effort to prevent any serious issues in the future. That's really important to me. Also, the staff has always been nice and good about scheduling different tests back - to - back so that I didn't have to spend too much time waiting between tests. The check - in process has been seamless. They opened their new facility in Humble and it looks great. It's so convenient having all the testing done and physicians in one place in their new facility. An added bonus is that parking is easy and the building is not too far from the exit off the highway.

Halfway through his stress test and they tell my husband who is a diabetic they ran out of the stuff they need to do second half!!!! Shouldn't they have checked their supply prior to taking patients??? So not cool.

Ridiculous amount of duplicated forms to fill out. Then I get in for the appointment and they don't even know why I'm here. Won't give me any upfront costs for tests that may be done and everything here feels extremely unorganized. At one point a doctor came in and clearly thought I was a different patient and I told him he needed to find the right patient. I don't want to trust them with my life.

Appointment made with ease, staff friendly and efficient, though lot of typical paperwork. My BP was on edge of being high. I found Dr. to have a very good approach in her explanation and treatment. Considering most would of just written a prescription and moved on to next patient. I appreciated her bedside approach and would highly recommend VH&V.
