My mom had an appointment with Dr. Wong, after waiting an hour he spent a total of 2 minutes talking to her. She was having symptoms with her atrial fib and having orthostatic hypotension. All he could say is everything is fine, just keep taking your meds....especially the xeralto so you will have a zero percent chance of a stroke. Seriously what doctor says that. Showed no concern about her symptoms. Waste of time.

Organized and efficient office

A esta clinica le doy una estrella porque no hay menos, es la tercera vez que tengo problemas , la primera vez me cancelaron porque el Dr, tubo una emergencia lo entendí 2 vez me atendió una enfermera pero pagué por especialista y 3 vez hoy llame porque tenía dos diferentes citas con dos diferentes doctores dos diferentes localidades les llame al departamento de citas para preguntar si podía ir más temprano a mi cita me contestaron que si al llegar a regristacion me dijeron que no podían atenderme temprano y que o cancelaba la cita o tendría que salir tarde a mi otra cita. La molestia es porqué llamé para no manejar 40 minutos . por lo contrario me trataron como que estaba mintiendo preguntándome con quien habló nadie de aquí puede decidir sólo la enfermera del Dr. Finalmente perdí tiempo tratando de explicarles y tendré que volver nuevamente. Que oficina tan mal desorganizada y son tan arrogantes con los pavientes .con gusto no volvia.
