It's a shame the way surprise prosecuting attorney doesn't care to look at any facts or do any actual work when it comes to prosecuting someone for domestic violence. No injury no proof no prior record of this behavior. But a crying girl who didn't even tell the same story twice who has actual record of lying in court and being a heroin addict and a long rap sheet. They stood behind this criminal who only lived with me for 20 days and threatened to ruin me if I made her leave. They assisted her in her threats and found me guilty of disturbing her peace in my house. 20 days in jail a year probation and 106 anger classes they gave me when I did nothing absolutely nothing to this girl except make the mistake of trying to help her out. The crine was committed when she lied and this prosecuter is an accomplice. You ought to be ashamed of your selves since you are paid to seek justice and keep our communities safe. Jeanie Mitchel has been picked up for more crimes since this including burglary. I am a new business owner who has worked had to get where I am at. Making good desicions that led up to me starting and nothing but 5 star reviews. I'm leaving a 1 star review because you all have denied me the right to a fair trial and blocked my appeal. 20 days in jail could cost me everything. If It were up to me I'd fire you all and hire people that are still interested in the truth. Your paychecks would be earned by doing your job. It's not up to me so I'm giving you 1 star review. I don't think you have earned even the 1 star. When the people wake up they will vote you crooks out of office and hire honest people with integrity. Thanks for nothing
