What a great service. I can highly recommend this company for their thoroughly professional manner in which they dealt with my recovery. They even recovered more than i had asked for and I got back all of the critical files i needed. They communicated with me at every step along the way and all was done in a timely fashion. The damaged drive was returned with all of my recovered data on a separate SSD which will now act as a backup.

got all my data from an old corrupted 500gb hard drive at a very reasonable price. Shoaib was very helpful and knowledgable. i was kept up to date about the progress all the way. a very professional and excellent service even though i was late on my payment. i highly recommend these guys with and im a very happy customer. i was even able to keep the corrupted hard drive as a reminder to myself to backup my data. thank you! very much appreciated.

Incredible service! They recovered all of my data from a 6TB hard-drive in 3 days. This included many super high res video files that were more than 60GB each in file size. All files/videos in tact.
I was scared to send my drive off to one of the bigger companies. I'd heard lots of terrible stories about drives going missing or taking weeks to come back. I needed my data back urgently in a few days. I liked the idea of physically dropping my drive off at a place, hence coming across Disk Doctors. I am so glad I did! I went into Disk Doctors office and met a lovely gentlemen who took on the job, he was clear, realistic and very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent, which was super important during a very stressful few days.

The guys at Disk Doctors saved our office from a disaster. With their skilled technicians, they were able to retrieve 100% of our data from our office NAS after it had been wiped.
Without these guys our office could have very easily gone out of business.
If you have failed storage hardware or have deleted your data by mistake, these are the people you need to talk to. Don't give it a second thought. Just pick up the phone and talk to them. They will be there for you.

Great service from Shakeel who kept me informed at every stage. 1,000 plus of my priceless (to me) photos were restored when the 80Gb disk on my old XP machine failed. Not cheap at £650+VAT but this was for a 2 day turnaround and and a first class, quality service. Highly recommended.

Shakeel was incredibly helpful and honest. I brought in a drive in thinking it would need repair or recovery and he not only advised me that I could solve it myself with a new enclosure (which no other company had done, all quoting me hundreds of pounds)but he gave me a connector for free! Disk Dr did a free disk diagnostic on my broken hard drive. Shakeel was friendly, helpful and explained everything in simple but detailed way. After being told that my internal drive was fine and that it was the usb hard drive enclosure connection which had broken one of Shakeel’s suggestions was for me to independently buy a new hard drive enclosure. I tried giving Shakeel some money for doing the diagnosis but he wouldn’t take any. Great service!
