Total rip off. This company has to make a lot of money. The initial quote you get online is nowhere near to what they will offer to pay when you show up. You will most likely get more for scrapping your car then webuyanycar will pay. Also, the Bracknell branch is really difficult to find and contact. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come out. Total joke. Avoid at any cost!!!!

Basically car thieves. No intention of honouring or even near the offer made online. Avoid like the plague. Car was within the offer window and in reasonable nick for its age. A 35% drop in offer is a breech of contract.you are crooks!

Booked in for a meeting to take car in for valuation. Drove in and noone was there. Phone not answered, noone at the office reception and no reply to emails. Just completely ignored as if I didn't exist. If they decided to cancel the meeting due to COVID, it would have been polite to have at least called / email to let me know. Sold my car to another service who don't charge you £50 to sell the car to them and they actually bothered to deal with me. I won't be using We Buy Any Car again in the future, there are far better companies out there.

Such a shame I can’t give 0 stars . Had the worst experience EVER !! Today , so I had an appointment booked 1 o’clock 3 days prior, just to get there and be told there was a double booked appointment and I had to come back in half and hour and the sales person would call me . Came back and I CALLED and was told to wait a FURTHER 15 minutes and then I called to say I had somewhere important to be at 3 o’clock and was told to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes so I left and said I will come back in half and hour abruptly. I then I received a phone call and was told some b**locks that they were busy and TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY , just to waste my time again .By this point I had enough and let it out up over the phone as I was angry and of course they hung up . I then went to the reading branch and was valued almost 700 less than the price slide online for 2 chips you could Hardly see with a magnifying glass . At least the service at The Reading Branch didn’t make me wait , but Today was just OUTRAGEOUSLY SHOCKING AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL and I will sure enjoy telling all my friends and family about this outrageous experience. Don’t be fooled with the valuation online , it’s a TOTAL SCAM !! AVOID AT ABSOLUTE ALL COST , This is the WORST EXPERIENCE of 7 years of owning a car . Sticking to Selling privately from now on , you may have to wait a while but you will get HUNDREDS more than this S***hole would give you .I would of hoped for much better from a large “business” AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

This was my first experience of using WBAC and I actually can’t recommend it enough. I was seen by Marshall, who was extremely professional, friendly and approachable. I had been quoted £1,650 online and walked away with £1,369 – a price which given the age and mileage on the car was very fair and reasonable. Marshall made the whole process less daunting and explained everything in a clear and professional way. I would not hesitate to recommend him and this branch in the future and will definitely be using them again. Thank you, Marshall.

If I could give 0 stars I would. THREATENING STAFF. A truley horrifying experience. The staff member Mickey was aggressive and rude. I went with my husband and 20 month old daughter. The quote we received online was £945 and when we arrived it was lowered to £300. When my husband said it was not good enough he became aggitated and made malicious and sarcastic remarks to my husband such as "he should get a job with him to learn the industry and he must be such an EXPERT". EVEN WORSE he threatened my husband to "leave, or he would make him leave". He was completely unprofessional and tried to intimidate us throughout the negotiations. Please do not use this company. We wish we had read the reviews prior to this as it was a genuinely awful experience and I would never contact them again.

Probably the easiest way to sell your old car but not necessarily at the best price you could achieve privately. Nevertheless, they take all the hassle out of the sale. My car purchase was dealt with in a very pleasant and professional manner and I was happy with the result. Nothing is binding so at least give them a try.

Price proposed on website is based on "showroom" quality car. Not sure how a car over 10 years old could meet that standard so ended up with £500 less than quote. The Bracknell office is not signposted at all so unless you know that it is in the Regus building you won't find them. On the plus side, friendly, efficient service.

Absolute cowboys! Accused us of rewinding thethe mileometer, stated a scratch that other garages said could be buffed out meant the wing needed replacing and would not give us a final offer. Whilst there, the guy called me 'bruv' all the time, was on the phone to his girlfriend and made an initial offer FOUR THOUSAND LESS THAN THE WEB SITE VALUATION. In the end we walked away, local garage offered us a few hundred less than their web site variation and laughed when we told them our experience - apparently they've heard it time and again.
