Took forever for any content change during the building of my website, to the extent didn't bother with updates.
Silly spelling mistakes etc.
Disabled my website Because problem with payment during lockdown even though I was a loyal customer for over 4 years.
Sent e-mail stating £150+vat for my files back.

Highly recommend the team over at Yuuzuu, they listened to the brief I gave them on design and created something far better than I could ever have imagined. I had my website built during lockdown and had expected things to take far longer than usual, due to the team working from their homes, but after the basics were confirmed they had my design built within a week, ready for me to start uploading products. Nothing has been too much trouble, Jamie has actioned all of my requests really quickly and has been extremely helpful at all times.
