What a difference having a great team behind you makes! We have had such great feedback on our new website and Riot & Rebel were fantastic to work with. They took our thoughts and scribbles and bought it too life. Great communication and no question was a silly one - Im a complete technophob so there were lots! I recently had my website and logo redesigned by Riot and Rebel after a year of trying to build and design my own (with not much success!). From start to finish both Louise and Alex were very professional and helpful. Alex listened carefully to my requirements in the initial consultation and I was really happy with his designs and the final outcome. I am on the Pro plan, which is good value for money and the editor is straightforward and easy to use. I would highly recommend Riot & Rebel! They did an amazing job with my website for my marketing agency, it was exactly what I was looking for! Their communication was great too. I had to make a lot of amendments to my website however this was not a problem at all and the amendments were made very quickly and to a very high standard.

We are a small company with a limited budget, but desperately needed our website updating.
As we started our research to find a good website designer, it was obvious we just didn't have the budget required.
This all changed when Riot and Rebel were recommended to us. Following just one phone call, I knew they just 'got it'.
We decided on the Monthly Pro Plan, which would give us exactly what we needed, and was affordable to us.
Being a non techie person I had so many questions, all of which were patiently answered. The new website was delivered on time and was way above our expectations.
We will definitely continue to work with Riot and Rebel. Apart from being a very professional company, they are also very approachable, which I think is important for small companies such as ours.

We are a small company with a limited budget, but really needed to revamp our website.
We looked at quotes from other companies, which were anything from 6-10k and way out of our budget.
Riot & Rebel were then recommended to us, the packages they offered looked attractive and affordable. After a reassuring phone call to both Louise and Alex we decided to go ahead.
From the very beginning, Alex just 'got it', we had regular updates and immediately felt comfortable with the way they worked.
They've produced our perfect website, and we are delighted with all the positive feedback after the launch.

A fantastic service, I had virtually no website design knowledge and was very unsure of my direction, I have a very relaxed initial phone conversation, which was very helpful, pointing me in the correct direction. Then regular follow ups as the site was being constructed, to say I am happy with the outcome, does not do it justice! the results considerably exceed my original plan. Everything about the website is better than I imagined, they totally understood my brand values and identity and and represented this perfectly.The follow up service after the launch is also 1st class, after I requested a few changes, these were done very quickly, nothing is to much trouble. The team are friendly, approachable, helpful and incredibly professional, I would strongly recommend them and in fact I have already done so to my best friend who is now working with them.

I attended a “How to design a website” tutorial given by Louise in Jan 2020. It was far better than I was expecting, there was a wealth of useful information, some very practical and straight forward website design techniques and some very clever tips on what to look out for in the delivery and performance of your own website. The presentation was very well delivered by Louise, at a nice pace while maintaining everyone’s attention and interest throughout. And it was FREE. Best zero pounds and pence I've ever not spent. All in all it proved that Louise really knew what she was talking about and I would actively recommend Riot and Rebel to anyone looking for website design and delivery solutions.

We were very impressed with Alex and Louise throughout the whole process. They really took the time to understand how we wished our brand to be promoted by arranging a meeting with us and asking us detailed questions about our business.

Changing website design and hosting is like changing hairdresser and bank at the same time. It takes some convincing, especially after I'd thought about a family member redesigning it, but then thought again about the potential for creative intra-family warfare. As it was, the R&R process was efficient, without fuss, and delivered pretty-well what I wanted. I'm going to round them up to five stars from 4.75.
