I was in contact with Georgia throughout my experience with HRS, and was highly impressed with her professionalism and in-depth understanding of scientific career progression both in industry and academia. She kept in touch with regular updates, gave excellent honest advice, and seemed very capable of balancing the needs of the recruiting companies with those of the people she was recruiting. I'm writing this review not knowing the outcome of the interview I have just had. I would like to thank Ben Hughes at HRS for helping me to prepare at every step in the interview process and it was a pleasure dealing with someone interested in helping me I hope to secure a new role.
Through various reasons over the past 7 years I have been unfortunate to have contracts finish or I was made redundant. I have found in these stressful periods HRS were the best recruiter to deal with, as they always seem to secure an Interview if they can.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had the great pleasure to work with Christina Giakou in the last month and a half. She contacted me for a perfectly matching my CV job opportunity. However, I have just finished my PhD and instead of working in the lab, I was mostly interested to move out of the lab and academia and work more in a managing position. Christina LISTENED to my requests, and she came back to me with the best dream job position ever! She is very well organised, quick to answer emails, available for phone calls at any time for clarifications and help. She was in charge to deal with the company, to arrange all the 4 interviews that I did. Every day a couple of hours before the interview she called me and in a very friendly but still professional way she helped to maximise my potential and addressed all my last minutes questions.
During the interview process, I also got another very good job offer. I was honest with her about it, and she kindly helped me to find the best deal.
I got the job, with a much higher salary than expected. I am pleased with her professionalism.
