My husband and I have been bringing our cars here since moving here in 2017. I found them when I needed an inspection. They do a wonderful job on everything from oil changes to major repairs. This is by far the best towing company ive had a to use. Its never a good day when you have to call a tow truck but making the call to these guys made my day turn out a lot better than it wouldve. I will always use J&J in the future

I had a wonderful experience at J & J Towing. I walked in around noon without calling for a possible water pump failure. They told me it wouldn't be an issue to drop it off and I was expecting a few days wait time.
Come around 4:30 pm the SAME DAY they called me and told me it was ready! Quick service combined with very friendly employees made my experience great. The guy at the counter even chatted about my car and he offered tons of information about the water pump.

Had my daughter van towed to J&J after another place put the motor in bcause it would not cranck asked them to hook it up to the computer to see if there was anything they could see was wrong with motor, after two days of calling and no phone call returned I finally got someone on the phone. He was telling me that he really didnt know what was wrong with it but that the motor sensors or he flywheel would be his guess. After direction from my Dad they looked at it again and gave my Dad a report that the used mototr that I had just installed would enternally bad and it would take hours of intesnse labor to find the final problem. So I talked to the guys I bought the motor from and they told me the samething probably was the flky wheel, so I took the car back to the first shop and he agreed to look at it and make it right. After changing the motor sensors he noticed that the cadalic converter was busted and that there was a box unhooked he hooked it up and the van cranked. So J&J pulled computer parts off and did return them busted the cadalic conveter and took the overflow jug out and didnt put it back and provided a report to my dad saying the motor was bad and they would tear into it to decide to whast the problems were. My Dad got upset and tried going and talking to them in which they called the cops on him. Now keep in mind he is 83 years old!!!!! Will never use them again.

Today my 16 ft. Box truck broke down on I40 in Statesville and I needed it towed to Charlotte, I called 2 other tow companies but they didn't tow outside of Iredell County. They both suggested J&J Towing. They showed in in 25 minutes and got my truck to the shop in Charlotte. Thank you J&J Towing. Great job !!

warning warning caution!! took my truck to J&J Towing to be repaired. They said it needed a $4000 Turbo I trusted them that did not fix the problem. They were not willing to work with me on the labor. I fixed the truck myself. It ended up being a bug stuck in the pressure switch. $100 Part, they will not answer my emails or phone calls. I don't think they know what they're doing as far as diesel motors. They had my truck for 22 days.

I broke down 2 miles from the Statesville exit with my van and kayak trailer with kayaks Called them and they came got my van and kayaks. Towed me back to the shop and spent the day getting my van running. They quoted me a price after looking at my van. They did a bunch more to my van to get it running. Put a lot of time and parts that was not on the quote. However when I went to pay the price was just what they quoted me. They stayed after hours to make sure the job was done right. Great people great job my van got me and my kayaks home to Fl and is still running fine. Thank you and take care of that loveable dog!!!!!!.
