Take your money, custom and time elsewhere. This place has sadly been taken over, or replaced by a different owner and workers than those from last year. I came here several times last year, had 3 tyres put on and the service was great. I didn't realise how great until I went back today to be faced with an extremely rude employee and the new manager there who told me I needed new tyres because one of the tyres was dated from January of last year, although I had them on at the end of Summer 2020. So he point blank told me to my face I was lying when I had been to that same place at least 3 times, and always experienced great service. If anyone knows where the old owner of this place has gone then please do let me know? In the meantime, I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

My fist encounter with chadwelk tyres was yesterday, after driving around a few tyre garage, the gentleman I spoke to here was far nicer and informative than the others, genuinely helped me find the right tyres for my BMW.
I then turn up today to get them fitted and it went downhill very fast! The man i spoke to yesterday wasn't there, A young technician was dealing with my car, he seemed to be getting very frustrated with something, was throwing things around, kicking stuff over the place and then he decided to kick a bottle of some liquid across the workshop, it bounced of a rack of tyres and then bounced off the side of my car. Not once did I get an apology from the guy himself, he just continued to lose his temper and thrash things around, all of this In front of myself and several other customers.
This is not the level of pressionalism you expect In any establishment, specially one that had dealt with me the day before so great! Luckily its only a tiny chip of paint out of my passenger side door but nevertheless, this service is shocking. The manager said he would deal with said technician but if you go here, and a young guy with 2 full sleeve tattoos does your car, be wary!!!!!!!!

went in for a puncture repair they did the job but air keeps going out,,, checked it for myself by putting water over the hole,, when i took it back they took the tyre of no hissing sound when came back to show me a clear hole hissing air, telling me there was a shard of metal in there why would you take that out and then tells the hole that i tested wasnt leaking when i checked only 10 mins earlier and it was , if you are that incompetent at your work find a job filling shelves, not taking money and doing half the job and then costing me way more like 2 days of work and a new tyre,, blatently the guy cut corners it looked like a clean hole just done

Recently had a pair of front tyres replaced. Was told that the front brakes pads were very worn and needed replacement within a couple of months. As I was going to get my vehicle MOT shortly, Kevin the boss offered to replace the pads the next day.
Very happy with the service and price is of good value, Kevin even gave me a discount as an NHS worker during this pandemic lockdown period. Thank you for supporting the NHS.

Good service - Went in for 2 new front tyres - advised alignment required - I also went in knowing my tyre pressure to both back tyres was not right due to nail in tyre and a slow puncture (knew what pressure should be and the last time I had checked) - they checked and advised me what I already knew showing me where nail in tyre was etc etc. Had to go ahead with 4 new tyres but cost was a lot cheaper than that quoted by the likes of Kwik Fit - were happy for me to stand and watch everything they were doing - will be using again.

By far the best price in all of Thurrock for brand new budget tyres and their service was excellent too. No BS or trying to upsell with other services and only pointed out issues I knew I already had.
Great garage and great find. The price once again by far the best. I pretty much called every garage around the Grays, lakeside and little Thurrock areas and these gents were the best buy over 60 quid.

Do not trust this place!
Paid for 2 new front tyres and tracking. Within 4 months my tyres were bald on the edges.
Went to another tyre dealers to get another 2 new tyres but they couldn’t do the tracking due to the tracking rod locking nut being seized up.
This should of been noticed by Chadwell Tyres had they bothered to do my tracking yet clearly they didn’t.
Shame I can’t give zero stars!
