I have been a customer many times and the work that they do is great I will say that from the out set but there staff attitude could be improved.
Reason for this is I pulled in to the car park for a few minute to aid a friend of mine who is a NHS nurse getting off a 12 hour shift who run out of fuel and was blocking the tee junction opposite. There was plenty of space I was not hurting any one. As I run over to pour fuel in her car fuel, can in hand. A memeber of staff rudely confronted me and said it was not a public car park. I said that I knew and said what I was doing pointing to the stranded lady exchasted in her car and the petrol can. He flat out told me to move my car and get it off his lot.
In the season of good will (Christmas) as well as being in a pandemic people helping one another in a bad situations is key. As I said there was plently of space and I would not have been there more then a few moments. This would of helped the lady in question and all other road users. All for 3/4 minutes of me using a parking space that no one needed at the moment in time.
For this reason I will never use you services again. Thank you for the work you have done before but you shall no longer receive my custom.

Amazing, popped in with a nail in the tire. Would have been prepared to pay for a new tyre on their say so but they repaired and fitted whilst I waited.
Fantastic and honest, service. My new go to place for tyres and brakes.

Women are not their favourite customers! Ended up having a flat tyre and after going on websites such as Kwick fit and AA thought will try my local. Bad move! I went in at 7.45am (I am only 10 minutes away) to confirm they did mobile tyre service. After one of those "Oh here we go" exchange of glances, neither members of staff would commit themselves to an answer, apparently only the manager could. So left number and details behind. Come 8.30am, I rang up as I wanted to sort it before going to work. I wish I hadn't: was put on hold then told limited selection for my little KA; then asked if I could not put my spare wheel on so I could go the premises as there were real issues over payment i-e cannot pay over the phone in advance and definitely wasn't offered any times around working hours! The hiccups that came coming in the conversation made it very clear they weren't very bothered about a mere £100....I like simple and straightforward, I went to the AA.

So after 2 days of messing about i decided to ring watling tyres to see if they could help.the lady on the phone was really nice and really focused on helping me ( a star). They sent a man named chris out and within minutes he sorted it, finished what i was doing and he was off! Perfect service, good price and now my headaches disapeared! Magic! Cheers guys!
