I came here for an alignment and they have a Hunter Hawkeye. Make no mistake - I've taken my car to other garages in London with a Hunter and they did not get the alignment right (were saying things were bent and not possible to align).
These guys did it right - very friendly bunch and exceptional value for London (£49 for the alignment I needed on a 350Z).
I'll be taking my car here for every alignment now and I suggest you do too.

They sourced a tyre that's tricky to find, within an hour, and for a great price, changed it fast and helped me get all the info I needed onto the invoice for an insurance claim. Friendly too. Recommended.

Our online booking was for 9:00, nobody turned up until 9:30 and then they kept us waiting until 10:00.
Our car (top speed 107 mph) had old Y rated tyres (186 mph max speed) and we had purchased new W rated tyres (168 mph max speed) online. We were told we must pay an extra £100 for Y rated tyres as W rated tyres would be very dangerous (this is rubbish, the car came with W rated tyres when we purchased it new). Needless to say we insisted on the W tyres.
On driving away we noticed the tyre pressures (recommended 36 psi) were 38, 40, 41 and 42 psi on the car dashboard readout.
We stopped at a garage to properly set the pressures and the petrol station forecourt machine tallied with the tyre pressures on the car dashboard. I also noticed one of the valves had no dust cover.

Poor service and we will never be returning. We ordered tyres online one week before the appointment. When we got there, they said we had the wrong day, there were no records etc. After which they found the details. An hour later, they said they didn't have the correct tyres. It was another half hour before we got the car back. One week later, we waited another hour and a half. Again, total confusion as to why we were there, saying they didn't have the tyres and then finding them. We would have gone elsewhere but we'd paid already. What a mess they're in. And they complain that it's their head office that's to blame when it's the same company!

So, lots of good reviews on this place, but my experience was terrible. I ordered a tyre on the Friday which I needed for Monday and he said it would be in on Saturday and it would definitely happen before closing. I called Saturday morning - initially told me he had no record of the call but then found it and reassured me would be in as courier delivers by 4 so he'd call and it would be done by closing at 5. No call, I called 5 times from 4-4.30 and then drove down. He told me courier hadn't delivered tyre. No apology, nothing at all. Left me in a complete mess as nowhere open on a Sunday. Will never use again. They may be great if they stock what you need, but the communication was terrible and the absolute lack of care about the issue he'd caused was infuriating. I just had to shake my head and walk away or I would have said something I might have regretted later. I was properly fuming. Anyway, completely NOT RECOMMENDED

I've just had my tracking checked and they confirmed my suspicions that it was out. They corrected the problem in no time and for only £75 to align the front and back. Great service and not a rip off either. Highly recommend them

I would certainly go back again even though there were short comings, the service and price aer very good.
I had four new arrowspeed tyers fitted and balanced, and 4 wheel tracking done. On getting back to work i checked the wheel nuts with a touque trench and found one that was not tight . It was done up but not tight. I checked my typer pressures they were all different one being 10 psi over what it should be. the only other think was the lenght of time it took the garage was understaffed for the level of work they had coming through the door. That said the staff there where excellent knowledgeable and proffesional. I was so impressed that even though the pillar lift basin was flooded on the alinment machine they went paddeling and got the job done. I think Tyre city should get that sorted asap and have at least three people in store all the time. Really good supplier and i will ues them again.
