Visited kipling motorist centre today 24/3/21 to have my tyres fitted and was dealt with by their young apprentice who was nothing but courteous and polite and really professional. A really nice experience and I left extremely happy with the level of service I received from his excellent customer service. Just wish I had asked his name. 10/10

Got there at opening (8:30) to get tires fitted as it's a first come first serve basis, was told there was just one person before me so wouldn't be long. Took my keys an hour later, not ideal but there you go. I told them specifically not to mix up the front a rear bolts as they are different lengths (spacers fitted), got home to find out they have fitted the rear spacer on the front on one side. I will now have to remove all four wheels to swap the spacers and to ensure the correct length bolts have been used on the other side. Useless.
UPDATE: It's actually worse than I thought, not only had they put the shorter bolts with the wider spacers (dangerous), they had apparently used power tools to fit the wheels and not checked they were properly aligned, damaging the bolts, the spacers and potentially the hubs. Please see pictures of a normal (smooth) spacer hole compared to one that's been chewed by the bolt due to misalignment. Also look of the state of the thread of the bolts I had to remove with a breaker bar. I'm buying all new bolts and hopefully the hubs are ok, but I didn't even want to return to this garage for them to sort. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had a flat tyre. They could not find a puncture and polished the rim of the wheel since that was the problem according to them. Three days later my tyre is flat again. They started blaming the wheel being too old. I insisted to check for a puncture and, oh surprise, there was one. At the end of the day my tyre is still flat and I am 30 quids lighter. UNPROFESSIONAL !!

A great place to fit new tyres with no damage to the alloys! Alex (the apprentice) was great and took care and time to fit the tyres as my boyfriend is very particular about his car and alloys. He was also very polite and provided great customer service! Definitely our go to tyre place from now! Highly recommended.

Went for a simple MOT. The MOT itself was a joke, the gentleman was clueless and dirty. He put dirt and oil handprints all over the inside of my car and when I went inside to the office to talk to a person a charge, I explained what happened and I quote “what do you want me to do about it”. Also, the place was not COVID safe AT ALL. The mechanics, receptionists and other customers waiting were not wearing masks. Not only was it awful service, it was an unsafe environment and definitely not COVID friendly. Avoid at all cost. Wish I could give negative stars.

Convient place to get to. Placed order via blackcircles.com to replace 2 tyres. Minimal interaction, handed in keys was a 2hr wait to replace tyres. Would of like a bit more information about what was going to be done and of everything was all good. Would recommend again!

Excellent service. Significant difficulties were overcome in removing one of the wheels. In the end, they visited my home twice to resolve issues not directly related to the pad replacement. I have used Protyre before and whenever there are challenges to getting the job done they own them completely. Highly recommended

Would give no stars if had the option. DO NOT BUY A TYRE HERE.
The tyre I purchased from pro tyres blew out after 2 days and was completely destroyed.
After reporting this to the garage I was shocked to receive appalling customer service and to be told it was likely to be my fault. I had a feeling this was not the first time this had happened to a customer.
The tyre has been sent off to the manufacture and i am waiting on a call from the garage to see why a brand new tyre would blow out after 2 days.
Would not recommend this garage and would warn anyone buying a tyre from here to be careful.

Mot and service as stated. Found a couple of other bits, which I was anticipating...fixed one problem with a cable tie. I suspect many other garages would've gone for the full repair...but that did the job and kept me going :-) Happy customer. Oh and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable...

Friendly, professional service. They checked a tyre I knew was losing pressure, and found an unrepairable puncture. I saw from the Protyre website that they had a wide range of tyres available for next-day fitting. They told me their cut-off time to order it in was 5:30pm. They ordered it, matching the price from their website, put my spare wheel on the car and told me my wheel, with the new tyre on it, would be ready from 9:30am next day - which it was. Great service!

one of worse garage I experienced .They fitted tyres for my car and damaged the sensors , and didn't mentioned anything about it .MOT failed because of this .which cost me £148 to replace the sensors. I emailed to complaint but still after 5weeks didn't bother to reply.

Hi my husband was there on 3rd January for change the tyre and guess what they said sensor is broken ok but they didn’t give to him the broken part when they remove the tyre i don’t know what happen he haven’t been inside to see but they leave the valve damage losing air instead to replace by cost but they been more interested to charge for the alignment more money and not care for safety driving I drove my car since today with valve damage loosing air just push by finger a little bit and now are very rude in the phone they didn’t recommend to chance or to fix not happy at all I will never ever use this service again,today it’s cost me £60.00 to fix the problem ,and when I phone them bad conversations

Positives : The two new tyres my wife's car needed were fitted quickly and at a reasonable price.
Negatives: I worry that they didn't mention that the tyre pressure sensor (which I didn't even know it had!) would register a problem with the fitting of new tyres and would need to be reset - basically a button pushed (something they could/should have done?). Subsequently driving down the motorway my wife had a tyre pressure warning alarm and light suddenly come on. Did email them but no response

Fantastic service, over and above ! Had car battery issues and someone walked to my home to jump the car, then, when it turned out battery had died fitted me in immediately to replace it. Amazing service, can't thank you all enough!!

I had a low tyre warning in the car and I rang them up to see if they could help as I was clueless. They asked me to come in 30mins, topped up the air and replaced dust caps (still not sure what those are) as they informed me some were missing. This might seem like the norm for some but where I’m from you will pay for every tyre that’s being pumped and every dustcap being replaced. When I asked where I’m to pay the young man just said “no need to pay ” ????

WARNING ⚠️ Absolute terrible place please avoid! They will always find a problem with an mot ! They said the light needed re-adjusting to pass an MOT on taking it to another garage there was nothing wrong with the head light . They will find something to rip you off for guarantee you . Please avoid. I feel extremely sorry for the people who they have said the MOT has failed and it needs this and it needs that and then they pay when they could be nothing wrong with the car . I’ll be informing trading standards plus watch dog !! Please please AVOID

Disappointing as I used to always bring my car here for repairs and its MOT. However earlier this year, I took my car to get an MOT and also explained some problems I'd been having with the car and if these could be fixed. I left the car and waited for the dreaded phone call knowing it could be pricey, I was told the issues it had and why the car had failed; I agreed to the repairs that needed to be made, paid over £300 for them to complete them and was happy to drive the car in better condition as it was becoming difficult. I drove the car away, realising the issues I'd raised hadn't been addressed and seemed as though nothing had changed. I took the car back and asked for these specifics to be looked at, again the phone call came through and I was told the issues weren't great and I would be better off scrapping the car altogether (a car that they had just given a passing MOT to). I went to collect the car and was told it probably wasn't safe to drive (despite letting me drive away once already), despite this I got it home, and did indeed decide it had fought its last fight and put it out of its misery soon after (waving goodbye to the wasted £300 I'd just spent on the sod), vowing not to return to them again for sending me away in a potential death trap that could "blow the head gasket and shouldn't be driven". Cheers lads.

Avoid Kipling Motors service (Bushy)!!!
I have done full service with Audi centre Watford. (they didn't find any faults!!!) In a week after, i booked MOT with Kipling Motors. Was present during MOT's process and was really disappointed with their job. Non professional old man with white beard. He couldn't find any issues with the car and tried to shake a car on a test ramp as much as he wanted, as the result of he broke pair of front arms and bushes, etc.
I feel totally ripped off by Kipling.
I would not recommend them.
Avoid that place. You will not be happy with the result.

My partner - (Female with a toddler) took her car for an MOT at Kipling Bushey, after initial checks she was quoted £600 worth of work to be undertaken to pass the MOT. After consulting with myself I advised her to seek a second opinion as the price seemed a bit excessive. We proceeded to book an MOT with another garage who quoted us £300.00 which was half the price quoted by Kiplings. Beware of this Garage who will charge for unnecessary work just to line their greedy pockets!!!
Avoid this place like the plague!!!

I had what I thought was a puncture, it wasn’t it was the tyre wall not sealing on to the alloy wheel. I spoke with Alex on the phone he arranged for me to go there, they cleaned the inside of the alloy and sealed it. Couldn’t have wished for a better service, Alex and opps didn’t get the other guys name sorry ???? came out with me checked all the other tyre pressures. Everything back in the boot lovely and tidy.

Had two tires to be fitted ,arrived 8:30 am ,tires wernt fitted untill 9:50am ,I've used this garage many times in the past but they seem to be under new management that is more interested in over booking than quality service !,I will try another garage closer after this treatment.

I came in to kipling bushey for an emergency tyre replacement. I was greeted by the manager AJ who reassured me thay everything would be ok as i was in a rush becuase my wife was pregnant in hospital. He changed my tyre so fast it was like a pitstop. And i was quoted a very good price i am very happy with the service i received yesterday and i will continue to use kipling in bushey for all my car needs.

Selected tyres which been very reasonably priced. Paid. Website was showing ‘fit in 1 hour’. So been there exactly 50mins after online purchase. Reception, handed keys over. After lest then 5 minutes my car was in workshop and Very Nice Lady (!!!) started changing my tyres. Such a pleasure to see someone doing this with expertise. No upselling, no forcing to do anything. I can tell that she looked at my brakes, and front tyres. No advisory about brakes (they are pretty new) but she mentioned new fronts in about 5k miles. No pressure to buy them today.
Left their garage with confidence of well spend money. Btw, on invoice they will remind you when your MOT is due.
