best fajitas in town! i always come here when i fancy my Fajita fix. 2-1 mix & match fajitas on a monday, with 2 for £13 cocktails! just wish they gave a little more than 4 pieces of beef with the Beef Fajitas. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, friendly service, not very Mexican food. My fajitas had no spice, no jalapenos, and chopped tomatoes rather than salsa. A shame.

We had a great meal here, for four on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was busy (always a good sign) and service was friendly and attentive. Drinks were flowing (and the Margaritas were very good and well made). We enjoyed Burritos, Enchiladas and Fajitas - all excellently flavoured. Churros and Brownie for desert were also superb. A great meal and we will be sure to return.

Ordered a takeaway collection Tacos ,Fajitas & Churros Its not authentic mexican. What you are eating is basically British level spice mexican food. Seems like they are trying to save their chocolate sauce for churros. However, the vibe inside felt good.

Very nice waitress. Tasty burrito. No beer on tap when we went and I find bottles a bit overpriced. We enjoyed the food and ambience. Will return.

2 for 1 on some food & cocktails on Tuesdays. Paid £34.90 for 2 fajitas, 2 margaritas (that were lovely) & some jalapeño poppers. Really tender melt in the mouth steak in the fajitas. Nice relaxed atmosphere & friendly staff.

Very cosy, warm and food was good. Had churros and they were really nice, would have preferred milk chocolate with it though instead of what I think was plain chocolate

Good food, really poor service. Getting drinks wrong, rushing through ordering and then slow to get the food out - which was also wrong. On top of firstly giving us someone else's bill and then getting our bill wrong by charging for extras. Tried to speak to the manager/owner to tell them for feedback but they just are not available even the day after.... Shame

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was okay, but the food was atrocious! The nachos were the poor quality nacho chips that you get in supermarkets with a bit of melted cheese, fake cheese sauce and flavourless guacamole, chopped tomatoes and sour cream. The pina colado had cuddled coconut cream. Everything we ordered was poor quality. The worst was the bill for such cheap food we were charged gormet prices. I would reccomend to avoid this place, there are much nicer places in brighton!

Rubbish Mexican food . The place needs to find a new chef or just shut down. I would give 0 stars if I could. Bland dry tacos. Chicken was thick and inedible. Fajitas were passable but without flavour. Nachos didn’t have much salsa. Margarita had little tequila. The waitress forced us to order starters and mains at the same time. A pressure tactic. Suggested an extra taco is added to the meal and charged us for it !! Please please have your meal elsewhere to avoid disappointment. They are thieves. Please shut down if you don’t want to serve good food . Dont spoil our evenings , rob us of our hard earned money and put us off Mexican food .

Very friendly , cheerful , efficient staff that seemed to be having a great time themselves as well as us and all the other customers . Upstairs there was what liked like a private party going on where all looked like they were having fun. Am not overly familiar with what constitutes good Mexican food but mine was certainly very nice as was my friend 's. Nice touch as we left; the manager met as at the doorway . Just needed a liitle bit of attention to decor to the stairway and toilets ( which were clean) and the menu cards were a little tatty. Both of these minor points I think we're due to being used a lot rather than neglect. Would recommend for all .

If you know me you’ll know I don’t just give out stars willy nilly. A restaurant really has to earn its stars with me, and boy did this place earn those stars. If only I could give more. Food is great, margaritas flow nicely and the atmosphere is electric! Love this place and it’s staff. This will be a new regular for me and my stomach!

Food as good as last time, service very lousy with French accent. I don't need to see a belly button in a restaurant I go to a nightclub for that. Still we're in Britain and know to enjoy good food but with an appropriate service

Amazing little Mexican restaurant with great host - a nice french chick with great smile. The food was OK - I'm just not big fan of the spicy foods. The interior was cool and authentic. Will come back to try more of the menu with the next BrightonSEO in September.

Great portion sizes, tasty food. Was absolutely stuffed after lunch here. The jalapeño poppers are great, as are the veggie burritos. I’ve never had sour cream and guacamole come outside my burrito before but I actually have a newfound preference to that now. The churros are quite nice and I could drink the chocolate sauce it comes with on its own. All in all very happy with every dish we ordered.

Absolutely love this place. It is always our go to when we are in Brighton. Food 10/10 service 10/10 staff 10/10. So nice to find an independent restaurant nestled between chain restaurants. Thanks for another lovely meal guys

my second visit yesterday in a fortnight and whereas we quite enjoyed the first visit, sadly I cannot say the same for yesterday. The man who 'greeted' us on arrival, I assume the manager or owner was so rude and obnoxious the we actually decided to leave there and then on the spot! Such a shame that this otherwise very nice place should be in the hands of people who haven't the faintest idea as to how to treat customers...

Had dinner here on a Sat night and thought it was ok. Young waiting staff seemed unsure of themselves and perhaps not trained? Cocktails nice too. Ordered veggy burrito for my girlfriend which was very good. I ordered the steak fajitas - average! Steak was well done and arrived in several large chunks rather than slices which are more amenable to being placed in a tortilla wrap. Large pool of oil at bottom of hot plate as I finished spoke volumes to me about the quality of these fajitas. A Mexican that cant get fajitas right is a poor Mexican for me. Lots of other Mexicans in Brighton that i would try before ever visiting this one again

Dos Sombreros , service excellent, atmosphere great, food terrible. Don't order the fajitas the dish was so salty it was inedible . The guacamole pretty much felt like it came from a squeezy bottle and the salsa was not salsa at all but more a tiny container of chopped tomatoes and onion. The cook either cannot cook, or is limited by owner or management. I would give it a 2 compared to my own at a 7. And I am not of Spanish or Latino decent but I can follow a recipe at £45 for two to eat , and having to leave most of the food, we think that it's a captivating tourist trap based on getting people in but not feeding them right . Very disappointing as we were super hungry and almost anything would have tasted good, but this didn't .

Went here after wandering around Brighton for a while not knowing what to eat, this place stood out as it has front facing window doors that open on to the street. Really nice family atmosphere and staff were attentive throughout with drinks and snacks. Ordered Paella and it was perfect, good amount of prawns for the price and tasted like it was made by someone who knows what they're doing. Would definetly visit again next time we're in brighton and want decently priced Mexican / Spanish cuisine.

Lovely restaurant, food is very good and the attention is great. Only the "cochinita pibil" or "carnitas" is missing in the menu! I recommend to add it.
