Richard is unbelievably knowledgable and helpful mechanic. He always works around my schedules and has looked after my household vehicles for the past 10 years without fuss and always to the highest standard.

Richard at ROC has to be the most helpful obliging mechanic ive ever come across! I was in a bit of a bind my girlfriend needed her car for work on monday and it broke down late saturday evening. None of the other mechanics i contacted even entertained doing the work on sunday but when i spoke to richard not only did he agree to come on sunday at a time that suited me was he sympathetic and keen to help. He arrived on time on sunday was extremely professional, taking the time to talk me through his diagnosis of the problem and what he was going to do to rectify it and what i could do in the future to avoid the problem reacurring. Before i new it he was finished and the rate he charged me was excellent to top it off. Needless to say i have used ROC ever since and can't stop recommending him. It was true breath of fresh air to find a mechanic on my side for a change.
