For getting parts at short notice I'm struggling to think of anywhere that can beat a 15 minute turn around if something's in stock. Only thing I will say is that although the social distancing measures are plenty good enough and the bloke behind the counter even opens the door for you so you don't to touch it which is ace, on the day I went it was pretty warm and the metal sided building, no shade, no breeze and 40 minute wait did mean that I was about medium rare by the time I got in. Could do with some shade outside if we get some more hot weather.

Collected item. They couldn't fined the part I ordered so I was given a replacement that would have cost more. Result I thought, until we came to fit it and was given the wrong part. Went back to exchange part, they denied i was give replacement part, wouldn't leave till it was replaced. Had to pay extra £2 . Not happy

Honestly great service from the guy who was on the till, such a genuine bloke and knew his stuff, but awful customer service experience as far as waiting. Guy in front of me was waiting that long he walked out and I was waiting for a full 20 minutes after he walked out (take into account the only person in front of me after that was the one being served) before being served with alot of staff walking through and looking at the 3/4 people in the queue who had been waiting a while. You'd think they would take 2 mins out of their day to serve someone or get someone else on the till but nope clearly everything else is too important for these people.

A very warm welcome and a friendly helpful staff, the part that I had "clicked to collect" was waiting for me like an old friend. The staff had a grasp of the job in hand and suggested other items I may need to compete the job. No pressure to buy, just a friendly "Have you got a??????" Cos you will need one.
Over all a good buying experience and I will certainly return for more parts in the future.
