Went in durham branch today not busy asked a you slim lad with dark hair for some help with glow plugs was not bothered in the slightest said they were short staffed piss poor

When your solgan is ''Any part for any car" it'd be nice if that were the case. Also the descriptions on the website require significantly more detail. I ordered new indicator lights hoping they'd be a complete unit, neither myself or the guy at the counter had any clue if it was a complete unit so I ordered it, waited two days only to be disappointed. The offers and prices are good and I've always received great service but the above issues need Improvement for me to give more stars.
EDIT: So covid has made euro move to a 1 person in store at a time. That's fine but can we not take the Mickey and have the first customer in the store for over 20min whilst theres a large queue outside? In the cold? Myself and 2 other guys gave up and left. Wont be back now enough enough euros fairly gone down the pan in my view.

Efficient but not always the cheapest if you are a ordinary member of the public, the have trade discounts for repeat customers. If they don't have part the can transfer it over same day from another branch.
