I started working at Full Potential shortly after moving to Little Rock from out of state. I did not know anyone in the area and I was immediately welcomed and felt like part of a family. The administration staff is more than willing to help you succeed in your role at Full Potential. There are tough days, but that is not different than anywhere else you will go to work. There are people there who are more than willing to help you go farther in your position at Full Potential. EVERYONE at Full Potential has been so wonderful to me and I don't think that I could have asked for a better place of employment. I am glad I get to be a part of the Full Potential Family!

My experience while working at Full Potential was a positive one! I was immediately welcomed and had no problem becoming a part of the team. Although there were some challenging days like any other job, there were even more days that I smiled because I saw a child achieve a goal or laughed because of something funny a coworker said. I loved working with the children and collaborating with the teachers and therapists. Full Potential is definitely a family atmosphere and if you like to eat, you'll love it even more because they'll feed you, lol!! Take a chance on Full Potential and gain the same wonderful experience as I did!!

If i could give no stars i would. the director trevor was very rude and does not care about his staff, my last 3 paychecks were short and he could not tell me why they were short. they throw you in a room and treat you as if your in a jail cell. i have NEVER worked in such a horrible place! i wouldn’t recommend this job even to my worst enemy.

Unpleasant staff, unorganized. Children come out with no shoes on or no underpants. Children have snotty noses and wet diapers. This place is one of the worst child care places in Arkansas. Staff makes children who get transportation wait outside the building in the rain or freezing temperatures. Staff yells, curses, and even physically harm children. If you have a child PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS DayCare!!

I used to be one of the transportation assistance for Full Potential. I have often transported children who were soaking way with soiled diapers and clothing.. most of the staff were very rude and roughly handled the children. Alot of the kids would be missing shoes and jackets upon returning home. There were multiple times where I had to clean and wipe the children's faces with wet wipes once they were on my van. I ultimately couldn't handle working with the transportation company anymore because of these thing, and also many of the vans through the transportation company V&S Xpress did not have air so the children would be drinched in sweat by the time they made it home.. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO FULL POTENTIAL AND DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO BE TRANSPORTED BY V&S XPRESS

I used to work here. The administration only cares about money and cares nothing about the children. There was even word of fraud and embellishments with the owners of this company.
