Whilst the service here was friendly and efficient, I feel obliged to leave a low rating because the technician destroyed the lip of my old tyre when removing it. I had made it clear i wanted to keep the old tyres as spares due to the fact they are a rare size as they are off of a Corvette ZR1 and I was only changing them because they were a little old rather than being worn out. I provided new tyres I had ordered from America and was so relieved to have them on I didn't notice the ruined old ones till I was stacking them in my garage. These tyres are about £500 each once shipped, so I'm fairly annoyed. Won't be using again.

Really great service, so fast and professional! I had a nail in my tyre and it was sorted out within minutes. Especially Gary who was so friendly and understanding that I didn’t really know what I’m talking about so he explained everything and said there is no problem to come back if there was any further issues. The price of the service was also extremely reasonable! I will definitely be coming here again in future if needed. Thank you very much! :)

Outstanding customer service. The best place to go for the right motorcycle tyres, fitted by skilled professionals who know what they're doing. This is probably my 2nd or 3rd annotation of a review of how great they are, professionally and inter-personally.
After having fitted an ill-bound battery by a well known H place on Sunday a year or so ago; the battery had a crack on the underside and leaked all over the place, I had more pain than pleasure. Indeed, if FTC was open, I would not have put my foot forward there.
Spoke to Jo yesterday and Damien arrived this morning, and a job well done. Could you ask for more? Sometimes it is not the money, a genuine true service. Keep up the good work folks. May God Bless You All. Keep safe amidst the Covid-19.
